Jessica Alba FINALIZES divorce from Cash Warren as alimony deal is revealed for exes with no prenup

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have officially divorced, bringing an end to their almost twenty-year marriage. The split comes a year after Alba initially filed for divorce.

The couple, who married in 2008 without a prenuptial agreement, have decided neither will receive alimony after their divorce.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the couple will share custody of their three children: 17-year-old Honor, 14-year-old Haven, and their son Hayes.

As part of their divorce settlement, Warren will get $3 million immediately, along with their $10 million Beverly Hills home, which they purchased in 2017.

He will receive the total amount in two payments of $1.5 million each, and these payments won’t be taxed. One payment will be made immediately, and the second one in one year.

Last February, Alba filed for divorce and requested to legally change her name back to her maiden name, and that process is now finished.

The Daily Mail has contacted Alba’s representative for comment.

Alba hired Laura Wasser, a leading Hollywood divorce attorney known for representing many famous clients, such as Kim Kardashian, Kevin Costner, Angelina Jolie, Ariana Grande, Jennifer Lopez, and Johnny Depp.

Warren, an actor and the son of Hill Street Blues star Michael Warren, was represented by Adam Lipsic.

Alba and Warren separated on December 27, 2024, and Alba filed for divorce in February, citing irreconcilable differences.

People close to the couple reported that their divorce was surprisingly friendly, even though they had a lot of assets to divide and hadn’t signed a prenuptial agreement.

Jessica Alba is an actress and also co-founded The Honest Company, a brand selling beauty and baby products. Though she no longer serves as chief creative officer, she still owns 6% of the company, which is currently valued at $238.11 million.
