Jessica Alba and her boyfriend, Danny Ramirez, age 32, were spotted holding hands while going to dinner in New York City on Monday.
The couple, in town for the US Open and New York Fashion Week, looked deeply in love as they walked down the street.
Forty-four-year-old Alba looked stunning in a shimmering chocolate brown outfit. She wore a halter top with a low neckline, a long satin skirt, and a matching leather jacket.
She wore burgundy toned boots and carried a brown suede purse.
The actress, known for “Trigger Warning,” styled her long blonde hair in loose waves and kept her makeup natural with a subtle red lip. She completed the look with dangling earrings.
This news follows quickly after Jessica Alba’s ex-husband, Cash Warren, publicly acknowledged his relationship with 20-year-old actress Seanna Pereira.
Ramirez kept it casual, wearing a navy blue crew neck sweater beneath a navy windbreaker.
He wore distressed jeans with a torn knee and distressed black and cream shoes.
The Last of Us actor wore a green billed cap over his dark curls.
People began speculating about a romantic relationship between Alba and Ramirez after they were spotted coming back from a trip to Cancun in July.
They initially became friends through shared acquaintances, and their friendship eventually developed into a romantic relationship.
Okay, so, it’s just… devastating. Alba and Warren, *together* for so long, announced they were splitting up in January, and then, like, just a month later, Alba actually *filed* for divorce. Apparently, they secretly separated way back on December 27th of last year – 2024! I mean, December?! It’s just… heartbreaking to find out it was over for that long before we even knew. They share three children, Honor, 17; Haven, 14; and Hayes, seven.
Recently, Warren was seen holding hands with his new actress girlfriend Pereira.

Earlier that day, Alba turned heads at the Tory Burch Spring/Summer fashion show. She wore a sparkling top in shades of taupe and red, paired with a reddish-brown leather skirt that fell below the knee. She completed the look with matching pumps and red fishnet stockings.
She still had the same wavy blonde hair and earrings from dinner, but she added a pop of color with bright red lipstick.
Alba, who stepped down from The Honest Company in 2024, has referred to the designer as an advisor.

Alba will be seen on the big screen next in Maserati: The Brothers.

Ramirez is working on several upcoming projects, most notably a film called Avengers: Doomsday where he’ll play the character Juan Torres, also known as Falcon.
