AFL player Lance ‘Buddy’ Franklin and his wife, Jesinta, recently had their third child on the Gold Coast.
Jesinta, age 34, announced some happy news on social media Wednesday evening, posting a heartwarming collection of photos.
A sweet black-and-white photo showed the couple smiling for a mirror selfie, with Buddy, 38, lovingly holding their new baby.
Another photo showed the infant resting peacefully with Jesinta, who lovingly held onto her baby.
The model shared a joyful message with a new photo gallery, saying she was overwhelmed with happiness.
‘Home for Christmas with the most special gift of all.’
The proud parents are yet to reveal the baby’s name or gender.
Many of Jesinta’s celebrity friends took to the comments section to offer their well wishes.

Meanwhile, Tammy Hembrow and Steph Claire Smith shared love heart emojis.
Jesinta recently shared some of the challenges she faced during her third pregnancy.
The model and her husband, Lance, who is 38, are already parents to two children: Tullulah, age five, and Rocky, age four.
Speaking to 7News at the event, she admitted that her pregnancy had not always been plain sailing.
‘I spent about 10 weeks on the couch and that was pretty hard,’ Jesinta said.
Jesinta added that she was ‘grateful’ to have got through what had been a hard first trimester.
‘I am so grateful and thankful, but it’s nice to have come out on the other side,’ she said.
It was a similar sentiment that Jesinta shared after announcing her impending arrival.
She admitted on her Instagram Stories that the last few months had been taxing.
She commented that the person ‘looks cute,’ but admitted they’ve been difficult to deal with recently, adding three sick face emojis.
‘Sadly I’m not someone who thrives when they are pregnant.’
In another slide, the model shared a candid selfie pretending to be asleep.
Jesinta announced her pregnancy in an Instagram post in early June.
