Jesinta Franklin reveals if she and her AFL star husband Buddy will ever return to Sydney as they struggle to sell their Gold Coast home

Buddy and Jesinta Franklin are not returning to Sydney any time soon.

To The Daily Telegraph, Jesinta expressed her strong preference for her relaxed current lifestyle compared to the hectic urban life.

The model, who’s also a mom of two, shared that the area is extremely centered around family. Her parents reside there, as does her grandmother, and currently, everything revolves around the children.

In a more casual manner, here’s how we could rephrase that: Jesinta, who was crowned Miss Universe Australia in 2010 at age 33, continues to accept modelling assignments, traveling to Sydney when necessary. However, she expresses a preference for the caliber of her work and clients based on the Gold Coast.

She mentioned, “It’s such a delightful spot and there’s a sense of peace here that makes me feel like I don’t need to constantly push myself.

In the initial stages of her career, the ex-WAG confessed that she got caught up in the fast-paced lifestyle of Sydney, much like a hamster on its wheel. However, her ultimate goal was to discover a more tranquil existence for herself and her loved ones.

She admitted that there were instances when she felt completely exhausted and swamped with work, yet her ultimate objective kept her focused, as she put it.

2022 saw the pair opt for a change of scenery by relocating to Florida’s sunny shores, following their purchase of a luxurious Mediterranean property situated in Reedy Creek for an unprecedented $8.75 million.

However, they have recently been trying to sell up in the hopes of enjoying a quieter ‘farm life’.

The luxurious seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom pad has been languishing on the market since last year.

This expansive house spans an impressive 1096 square meters and boasts breathtaking vistas of the coastal landscape nearby.

The two-storey main residence boasts a ‘rumpus room’, a media room, and a private living room.

There’s also a large pool and entertainment deck with adjoining ‘pavilion’.

The design boasts large windows stretching from the floor to the ceiling, adorned with an elegant ‘Spanish’ arch motif, wooden floors, and walls fashioned from lime render.

Gold is used for the lights and taps, adding a touch of elegance.

The gourmet kitchen, meanwhile, offers a dolomite marble island breakfast bench.

On the estate, there is an additional two-bedroom property that functions as a ‘guest quarters’. It includes two finely designed bathrooms for your convenience.

Buddy and Jesinta shares two children – Rocky and Tullulah.
