Jesinta Franklin announces major family move as she prepares to welcome her third child: ‘Finally found our special place’

2025 is shaping up to be a milestone year for Jesinta Franklin and her family.

The 33-year-old model, along with her husband Buddy (age 38), recently bought a piece of land. They are excited to develop this property into a high-end farming estate, where they will welcome their third child soon.

Our family experienced an exciting, transformative year, as documented by a family member on Instagram alongside pictures capturing her growing baby bump at the beach.

At the close of this year, not only will we be embracing another lovely newborn, but we’ll also be transitioning to our ideal plot of land. Following a nearly two-year long quest, we have finally discovered our cherished location.

The pair, with a 5-year-old daughter Tullulah and a 4-year-old son Rocky, have been vocal about their longing for a less hectic life beyond the spotlight.

Jesinta said the new property would allow them to embrace the simple pleasures of country living. 

As I eagerly anticipate, I can hardly contain my excitement to transform this space into a vibrant haven for my equine companions, poultry, and last but not least, my very own vegetable garden – a long-held dream of mine. But above all else, the greatest joy will undoubtedly come from nurturing and growing our expanding family on these tranquil acres.

Jesinta and Buddy’s expensive Gold Coast mansion, Villa Casa, remains unsold even though they put it up for sale in the middle of 2024, approximately two years following their purchase for about $8.75 million.

Located in Reedy Creek, this expansive estate features seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. It offers breathtaking panoramic sea vistas, a unique magnesium swimming pool complete with a built-in swim-up bar, and stylish chevron wood flooring, as well as exquisite marble accents throughout the property.

Yet despite its grandeur, the property failed to sell when it went to auction. 

It remains on the market as Jesinta and Buddy continue their search for the right buyer. 

Earlier, Jesinta expressed her longing to trade the bustling city life for a more relaxed, nature-centric existence instead.

Last year in July, she shared with Domain her aspiration: if and when they decide to sell, their ideal next step would be purchasing land to construct a charming yet luxurious farmhouse. It should be thoughtfully designed and crafted, yet retain a classic and homely feel.

The couple shared with the press that they plan on hiring Tidal Constructions, known for building Villa Casa, to construct their upcoming property.
