Jersey Shore’s Sammi ‘Sweetheart’ Invites Ex Ronnie to Her Gender Reveal Party!

Sammi ‘Sweetheart’ Giancola, a cast member from Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, along with her partner Justin May, organized a gender-reveal party at Lobster Lounge located on the Seaside Boardwalk in preparation for the arrival of their first baby due in August.

‘If you guessed boy you were right!’ the expecting 38-year-old announced on Instagram Monday.

‘We love you little baby and can’t wait to meet you! Boy mom and dad to be.’

Sammi and the 36-year-old corrections officer started dating on August 1, 2022, and they became engaged on March 16, 2024.

For Giancola, the road to IVF has been both prolonged and challenging – as shared on the November 21st episode of their MTV reality show, they had experienced a miscarriage prior to that.

In a heartfelt confession, the Sweetheart Styles owner expressed her deep sorrow: ‘I’ve had numerous attempts, countless hormonal treatments. Just contemplating pregnancy was an enchanting experience for me. Losing that dream is overwhelming and heartbreaking.’

Justin exudes positivity and inspiration. He holds a unique place in my heart, and I can’t help but feel grateful for his presence. He’s been a constant companion throughout this journey, and I cherish him deeply.

As a devoted follower sharing the news, I can tell you that Sammi shared with People magazine that she and May were simply overjoyed at the prospect of welcoming any child into their lives, regardless of gender. However, they admitted to having a hunch about the baby’s gender, which turned out to be correct – it’s a boy!

The ex-Karma doorman-bartender expressed his eagerness by saying: ‘I can hardly wait to engage in sports activities. Teaching my child, managing the Little League teams, and such things will be thrilling.’

Giaconda extended invitations to the full cast of Jersey Shore, including her former partner Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, for a special occasion to share her baby news. An exclusive picture of this event was captured and published by a magazine.

This place holds such a special significance for me and my housemates, as we’ve essentially grown up in Seaside, and it’s where I first met Justin,” the expectant mother enthused.

‘It’s just very sentimental, meaningful all around.’

Sammi’s tumultuous relationship history with her 39-year-old former partner extended from 2009 to 2016 and was followed by equally unstable relationships with his exes, Jen Harley and Saffire Matos. These relationships were marked by incidents of domestic violence, arrests related to such incidents, and a period in rehab.

Ronnie and Jen are now amicably co-parenting their seven-year-old daughter Ariana in Florida.

Giancola stated that the cast members, in reality, are fantastic parents and they’ve been incredibly inspiring. They’ve offered valuable advice, making me feel as though they’ve truly enriched our lives.

‘I love what they told us. They know the ins and outs of parenthood for sure.’

The relationship between the woman from Hazlet and Ortiz-Magro seems to have improved, as she states in the preview for the eighth season of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, “I would never speak negatively about Ron.” This new installment airs on MTV starting May 29.

For the 15th anniversary, the filming of the GTL team’s season takes place at the initial Seaside Heights location, featuring excursions to Jamaica, Cape May, and Nashville.

Sammi pledged, during her personal journey, that she would take any measure necessary, as she now requires surgery to become a parent.

In the years between 2017 and 2021, Giancola was in a relationship with Christian Biscardi, who worked as a consultant for Code Green Solar, prior to her association with Justin.

Originally airing between 2009 and 2012 over six seasons, the show called “Jersey Shore” focused on rowdy housemates living together in a Jersey Shore beach house. Their catchphrase was ‘exercise, sunbathing, washing clothes,’ which encapsulated their lifestyle.
