Jerry Seinfeld & Kids Make Rare Appearance at Son’s Duke Graduation

On a sunny Sunday in Durham, North Carolina, Jerry Seinfeld and his wife, Jessica, gathered together with their trio of grown-up kids for another Duke University graduation event.

On this occasion, the focus shifted towards Julian, the 21-year-old son of empty nesters, who recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology (with a pre-Business concentration), and aspires to pursue a career in Sports Management.

Since 2022, the intern from Thirty Five Ventures, who conducted a study on the way NBA players are assessed by agents, has also taken on a part-time role as a creative advisor at LIFT Sports Management.

‘It’s something I’ll keep updating after graduation,’ Julian told Duke on April 24.

“I plan on continually improving it with additional data. It’s been insightful contemplating potential applications for the future.”

Beyond attending ethics courses at Duke University, Jerry and Jessica also hold positions as volunteers, leading the Duke Parents Committee.

On the other hand, the founder of Good+Foundation, who is 53 years old, completed her Master’s degree in Public Administration at New York University in 2022.

In a natural and easy-to-read manner: Jerry and Jessica’s oldest child, their 24-year-old daughter Sascha, graduated from Duke University in the year 2023. Swiftly leveraging her family connections as a ‘nepo baby’, she landed a position as a staff writer for Amy Schumer’s Hulu series titled Life & Beth.

In August last year, a couple who have been married for 25 years assisted their 19-year-old son Shepherd as he moved into his college dorm at Duke. This means we can probably expect another graduation ceremony to witness in the year 2028.

A year has passed since Seinfeld spoke at Duke’s graduation ceremony, and approximately 30 students walked out in demonstration, brandishing Palestinian flags, due to his vocal advocacy for Israel.

Prior to meeting Jessica, Jerry was well-known for his long-term relationship with Shoshanna Lonstein, who started dating him at the age of 18 while he was 38 years old.

On this coming Thursday, you can catch Jerry Seinfeld live on stage for a stand-up comedy show at the Altria Theater in Richmond, Virginia.
