Jeremy Kyle was seen smiling in an Instagram post, wearing what appeared to be an adult diaper, following his public disclosure of a severe norovirus illness on Thursday.
59-year-old TV host playfully posted a humorous photo, wearing a protective groin guard while mockingly referencing his encounter with a stomach virus.
He captioned his post: ‘Oh yes, my man nappy after the norovirus bug‘.
The Norovirus, often referred to as the “winter sickness stomach virus”, leads to symptoms such as nausea and diarrhea in individuals.
Symptoms of the virus may resemble those of Covid-19, as they both tend to induce chills, fever, and headaches in affected individuals.

Jeremy, who had been relatively inactive on social media, is now making an effort to interact with his audience again following the news that he was not implicated in Steve Dymond’s demise, which occurred after their appearance together on his program in 2019.
He said the ‘false accusations’ against him have taken ‘a huge toll’ after a coroner ruled there was ‘no causal link’ between the appearance of a guest on his show and his death.
On May 2, 2019, former RNLI volunteer Steve made an appearance on The Jeremy Kyle Show, aiming to convince his partner Jane Callaghan, who was 48 at the time, that he had not been unfaithful in their relationship.
In a room he rented for £100 per week, a 63-year-old man from Portsmouth, Hampshire, was discovered dead seven days after failing a lie detector test and overdosing on morphine.
After determining that Steve had taken his own life, coroner Jason Pegg stated it was not supported by the evidence to conclude that the presenter or his program directly contributed to his demise.
According to Mr. Pegg, while the TV personality might have been quite harsh in their criticism, there wasn’t enough proof that Kyle’s remarks directly caused his distress. However, he couldn’t definitively say whether Steve was truthful during his polygraph examination.
Kyle issued a statement recently, indicating that his name has now been vindicated following nearly six years of staying resilient amidst lies, baseless allegations, and unjustified criticisms.
The declaration made by Carl Woolley, son of Mr. Dymond, was shared publicly by family attorney Anna Thwaites, standing outside the courthouse where the coroner presides.
For the past five years, I’ve been without my father. From where I stand, it’s evident that the video clips from the show depict him crying and being harshly addressed by Jeremy Kyle.
The coroner stated that the reliability of the lie detector test, which Jeremy Kyle is particularly confident about, ranges from being accurate 60% of the time up to 96% of the time.
‘The only good thing that came of my father’s death, is the Jeremy Kyle Show is cancelled.’
Previously, at the inquest, it was revealed that the audience jeered at Mr. Dymond following the test results indicating he may have lied about being unfaithful to his partner while filming, suggesting they did not believe him.
He was also slammed by on camera by presenter Kyle, who said: ‘Grow a pair of balls and tell her the God-damn truth.’
The presenter later argued he has an ’empathetic’ on-air style.
