At the Street Side Medics Gala dinner in Sydney on Thursday night, Jenny Morrison captivated attendees with her remarkable makeover and stylish display.

At a recent event held in the Pearl Ballroom at Crown Sydney, the wife of ex-Prime Minister Scott Morrison showcased her remarkable weight loss next to her longtime husband, during a photo op that highlighted their 35-year marriage.

Instead of going with the traditional black-tie look, Jenny, aged 57, decided to stand out by selecting a vibrant hot pink, long-sleeved dress that boasted a belted waist and sparkling diamantés at the bottom hem.

She accessorized her outfit with a fringed necklace, a prominent ring on her right hand, and white sneakers.

Previously employed as a nurse, she elegantly sported her dark brown hair slicked back into a simple straight style with a central parting, and chose a soft makeup look featuring a natural-toned lipstick.

Simultaneously, Mr. Morrison admired his wife’s ensemble, consisting of a black suit and white Adidas sneakers that perfectly matched.

The former politician, also 57, completed his look with a black tie and black-framed glasses.

In stark contrast to her past public events such as meeting President Donald Trump and the First Lady Melania Trump in 2019, and attending the 2023 opening night of Opera Australia’s Madama Butterfly, Mrs Morrison now appeared noticeably different.

As kids, the Morrison pair first crossed paths at Luna Park. Their lives intertwined again at a Christian youth camp, and it wasn’t until they were both 16 that they officially started dating.

2022 marked a moment when Mrs. Morrison brought to light, for the initial time, an episode from their past – a brief separation they experienced early in their relationship. Subsequently, it was the future prime minister who realized his mistake and reconciled with her.

‘He broke up with me because he was keen on another girl,’ she told 60 Minutes.

In a somewhat embarrassed manner, he responded, “Ah, I must admit my mistake. It was quite foolish of me. Fortunately, we managed to rectify the situation swiftly.

Mrs Morrison was asked what she would say to her 16-year-old self, laughing as she replied: ‘Run!’

‘It’s been a long time, but I know him better than he knows himself.’

On the eve of the election in 2019, Mr Morrison revealed intimate details about their private life.

The previous head of the Liberal Party spoke only admiringly about his wife, whom he characterized as having the most compassionate heart of all those he had ever encountered. He also extolled her as a veritable engine of affection.

As a lifestyle expert, I’d put it like this: “Jen’s ability to express love is truly exceptional, and once you meet her, you’ll understand the essence of love itself. That’s who she is – a living embodiment of love. She’s more like a love machine, always radiating warmth and affection.

It revolves around the genuine, unselfish affection for others, which is precisely who Jen embodies. This very quality has consistently enriched my life, having Jen as a part of it.
