Jennifer Lopez’s skirt DROPS to the floor in shock wardrobe malfunction on stage: ‘I’m glad I had underwear on’

On Friday, Jennifer Lopez remained unfazed by any minor clothing issue, as it didn’t hinder her spectacular show in Warsaw.

During a wardrobe change backstage, the 56-year-old artist – freshly separated from her record company – was unexpectedly summoned back onto the stage, allowing the audience to serenade her with a rendition of “Happy Birthday.

As part of her “Up All Night: Live in 2025” tour, the performer stepped onto the stage adorning a gold sequinned triangle bikini top and playfully adjusting a gold tasseled skirt.

For a moment, Lopez seemed taken aback, but swiftly regained composure and circled the stage triumphantly, donning a high-waisted golden lamé skirt and shimmering boots.

With assistance from the dancer, she made another attempt to fasten it, coinciding with her team’s lively rendition of Stevie Wonder’s classic tune “Happy Birthday”.

Initially, Wonder composed this song with the intention of promoting the creation of a day dedicated to honoring the late iconic figure in the civil rights movement, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

In a humorous moment, the artist behind “The Jenny on the Block” song bent over with laughter when her assistant once more found it challenging to fasten the hooks on her skirt.

As the song concluded she grabbed the offending piece of clothing and threw it into the crowd. 

‘I’m glad that they reinforced that costume,’ the MTV Video Music Award winner said.

‘I’m glad I had underwear on,’ she admitted, adding, ‘I don’t usually wear underwear.’ 

She also told the person who caught the skirt, ‘you can keep it. I don’t want it back.’ 

People who watched the video on YouTube couldn’t wait to express their well-wishes and appreciation towards the recipient of the Billboard Icon Award.

‘Fantastic, thank you for the surprise,’ wrote another.

JLo was set to perform in Bucharest on Sunday night and then take off for Abu Dhabi.

The tour was scheduled to conclude in Almaty in Kazakhstan on August 10.
