New photos of Jennifer Lopez’s home renovations have surfaced.

As a lifestyle expert, I would rephrase it like this: At the age of 55, the renowned singer is breathing fresh life into her newly acquired $21 million abode, which she purchased in February following the conclusion of her two-year marriage to Ben Affleck. This transformation, however, isn’t just about making changes around the house – it’s all part of a revitalizing ‘sexy makeover’ that reflects her vibrant new chapter.

A mansion spanning more than ten thousand square feet can be found within the private community of Hidden Hills, California, which is also home to friends Kim and Khloe Kardashian, along with Kylie Jenner and Kris Jenner.

Just last month, I was over the moon when DailyMail.com exclusively spilled the beans about none other than Jennifer Lopez giving her opulent abode a fabulous makeover!

According to a source who spoke with DailyMail.com in May, Jennifer is thoroughly redesigning her home to suit her tastes. The cost is considerable due to its size, as it includes the main house, a pool house, and a separate guest house.

However, it’s just typical of Jennifer – the relentless actress – to renovate each new residence she settles into, as her friend explained, “She prefers to give the place her personal touch, what I call the ‘JLo style’, making it uniquely hers.

The source stated that ‘Jennifer’s impeccable sense of style enhances everything she touches, and she had distinct concepts regarding this location. Jennifer envisions a space that is airy, sunlit, and playful.’

It will be a great pad to enjoy the summer months, though she will be out of town often.

This tour will span Europe and beyond, starting with the inaugural show on July 4 in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, and wrapping up on August 7 in Istanbul, Turkey.

She will also be performing in Las Vegas, where she used to have a residency. 

Her 56th birthday falls on July 24. 

The home celebrates her new life as a single woman after a painful split from Ben. 

The property is about a one-hour journey from Affleck’s residence in the Brentwood district, which is close to his former wife, Jennifer Garner.

Earlier reports indicated that Jennifer Lopez, the mother of twins Max and Emme, decided to move for a tranquil living environment. According to a source, Jennifer sought solace away from the urban chaos and aimed to establish a more serene lifestyle in Hidden Hills.

As a devoted follower, I must clarify that my decision isn’t about escaping from Ben, his family, or Jennifer and her children. I hold them all in high regard. Instead, the essence of this choice revolves around finding a more tranquil setting to unwind.

It also helps that the security is tops.

She purchased a residence within a secured neighborhood, fully equipped with guards and surveillance cameras all around. Consequently, she can rest assured knowing that whether Max is cycling on the streets or Emme is strolling with a friend, their safety is highly ensured.

Jennifer previously resided in that region, and it was back in 2001 when she was married to Cris Judd that she owned a house in Calabasas.

This new house is quite the beauty. 

This expansive 2.5-acre property encompasses a substantial main residence spanning 10,046 square feet, accompanied by a barn, stables, an equestrian center, a guesthouse, and a swimming pool.

For added luxury, the home boasts a private theater, a chef’s kitchen, and a fully equipped gym.

This property carries a hint of Hollywood’s past, as it was previously owned by John Fogerty, a member of the band Creedence Clearwater Revival. He bought it from Sylvester Stallone, and later sold it on to Lopez.

Currently, Lopez and Affleck are finding it difficult to find a buyer for their $61 million Beverly Hills house that they bought in May 2023.

At first, they tried selling the 38,000-square-foot mansion privately, but eventually, in July, they decided to make it available for public purchase with a listing price of $68 million.

Referred to as Crestview Manor, this grand property boasts a spacious main residence with 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, a luxurious guest penthouse spread over 5,000 square feet, a two-bedroom security post, a caretaker’s home, and a garage capable of housing twelve cars.

This property features not only a home bar but also a fitness center, a multi-purpose sports lounge with a boxing ring, courts for both basketball and pickleball, and space for parking as many as 80 vehicles.

Originally, the pair agreed to sell their mansion for $64 million to a buyer based in New Jersey. However, the transaction failed in September, causing the property to be listed for sale once again, starting from December 5.

TMZ reported that while the buyers remain ‘interested,’ the home remains unsold.

A source told PEOPLE that Lopez and Affleck weren’t fully aligned when they bought the house. 

According to an insider, it was Ben’s concept to build the luxurious $68 million home, and this was a significant concession on his part. The source added that the spacious design of the house perfectly suited their combined family.

Instead, Lopez reportedly leaned towards a more romantic, European-style ambiance, whereas Affleck apparently discovered the residence’s location less practical for his Brentwood lifestyle and kids.

Following several months of widespread rumors regarding the deterioration of their marriage, Lopez initiated a divorce proceeding in August, setting April 26, 2024, as the official separation date.

In September, Affleck relocated to a house worth $20 million in the area of Brentwood, which brings him geographically nearer to his former spouse, Jennifer Garner, and their collective trio of kids.

After being separated for 17 years, Lopez and Affleck rekindled their romance in 2021, which culminated in a swift Las Vegas wedding in July of 2022. This was followed by an extravagant gathering at Affleck’s estate in Georgia, graced by numerous celebrities.
