Jennifer Lopez almost fell while performing her hit song “On The Floor” in Las Vegas this week.
The 56-year-old performer tripped while singing and dancing at The Colosseum, nearly falling on stage. Sources say she had been working herself too hard.
Despite a small mistake, the experienced performer quickly recovered, playfully dismissing it and continuing the dance routine flawlessly.
The moment was captured and shared by JPASC24 via Instagram on Saturday.
He wrote in the app’s Stories feature, ‘No one recovers from a trip quite like @jlo.’
The singer, originally from the Bronx, wore a dazzling black and white tuxedo outfit and showed off her legs with sheer, skin-colored stockings during the lively performance.
Jennifer Lopez is currently performing a series of concerts at Caesars Palace, starting on March 6th and continuing through March 28th.
I was so thrilled to read recently in the Daily Mail that my favorite artist had been pouring their heart and soul into getting ready for the show in Las Vegas. It sounds like they’ve been working tirelessly, and I can’t wait to see everything come together!
According to a source, Jennifer is working incredibly hard, rehearsing constantly to ensure the show is amazing and surpasses all expectations.
She’s been putting in incredibly long days – up to 13 hours – at a North Hollywood studio, rehearsing with her dancers to ensure she’s in peak condition. She’s always striving to improve and often says she wants to be better than she was the day before; it’s a personal motto for her.
She’s working incredibly hard on these shows because she aims to become one of the biggest attractions in Las Vegas.
The Sphere is currently the hottest spot in town, but she’s hoping to show everyone that a concert at the Colosseum can still be an amazing experience, according to a source.
She also wants her fans to know that despite being over fifty, she still feels at her best.
According to a source, Jennifer is a dedicated worker who genuinely enjoys what she does. While some people prefer relaxing vacations, Jennifer thrives on staying busy and is proud of her accomplishments, especially as a young Latina woman.
The shows will include special guest appearances. A source close to the singer hinted that viewers can expect some exciting and unexpected stars to pop up.
This follows Jennifer Lopez’s previous performance with Ja Rule, a fellow artist she’s recorded hits with, including the songs ‘I’m Real’ and ‘Ain’t It Funny’.
Lopez called the concert ‘the quintessential JLo Show’ while speaking with Extra.
She shared that she believes people see her as more than just someone who performs; they recognize her as an artist and a person with genuine feelings.
I still perform all my popular songs and biggest hits, but I present them with a new and energetic feel.
She shared that her dedication comes from a place of genuine joy, explaining, ‘I’m really enjoying this phase of my life, and that energy comes through in my work. I don’t even think of it as a job – it’s simply my passion.’
This news arrives over a year after Jennifer Lopez’s divorce from Ben Affleck, her fourth husband, became official.
