Jennifer Lopez Shocks Fans with Complete Wardrobe Makeover at Saudi Arabia Show
Jennifer Lopez made a major change to her recent show-stopping performance in Saudi Arabia.
Instead of sticking to her usual routine during her 55-year-old legendary performance in the Middle East last Saturday, she made a change.
And it was very unlike Jenny From the Block.
As an ardent admirer, I can’t help but share this fascinating tidbit: It appears that the Dance Again sensation, known for flaunting leotards and lingerie on stage, opted for full coverage during her time in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Now, isn’t that intriguing?
In other words, the girl hailing from the Bronx refrained from revealing any skin on her body from her neck to her feet – a significant change in her on-screen persona.
On stage, she wore snug catsuits that accentuated her stunning physique, yet there was no visible body tissue on her torso (chest, shoulders, arms), midriff (tummy), limbs (legs) or ankles.
DailyMail.com has reached out to Lopez’s rep for comment on her wardrobe change.
During her Las Vegas residency, the Grammy winner adorned herself in form-fitting leotards with a visible thong, revealing her backside. Similarly, the actress from Hustlers chose lingerie for a sensual bedroom scene. Additionally, Jenny showcased a sleeveless gown during a heartfelt ballad performance.
That adds up to a lot of flesh.
But she did not make those choices in Saudi Arabia.
Women in Saudi Arabia typically wear clothing that covers a majority of their body when out in public, reflecting cultural norms for modest attire.
2019 saw the enactment of a law promoting public decency, which placed importance on modest attire for all, focusing particularly on garments that allow for coverage of elbows and ankles, encouraging looser styles.
According to Visit Saudi Arabia, it’s customary and respectful for foreign female visitors to adhere to these dress codes as a way of honoring the country’s traditions and customs.
Lopez headlined the 2025 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix weekend in Jeddah.

11 years ago, she had last performed at an F1 event, but this time it was a new experience for her as she took center stage once more, reminiscent of her appearance at the 2014 Singapore Grand Prix.
The singer was joined by Party Next Door, Major Lazer and Usher.
The Jeddah Corniche Circuit played host to the Formula 1 for the fifth time as they held the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix from April 18 to 20 in the year 2025.
Over the past few years, notable artists like Justin Bieber, Jason Derulo, Black Eyed Peas, and Calvin Harris have been the main acts at concerts held during the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.
Last year’s race weekend saw Alicia Keys, Martin Garrix and Pharrell Williams perform.
On Tuesday, it was reported by DailyMail.com that Jennifer and her former spouse, Ben Affleck, have been focusing on their work as a means of coping with the emotional turmoil following the dissolution of their marriage.
‘They are both sad that the marriage did not work out,’ a source told DailyMail.com.
Rather than wasting time lamenting about it, they’re putting in maximum effort instead. They truly enjoy being immersed in substantial tasks.
A motivating factor? ‘They want more successes, more hit films, more awards.’
Last week, Jennifer Lopez unveiled her plans for some shows at specific locations during her postponed summer concert series.
She canceled her 2024 summer tour before she filed for divorce from Affleck.
Lopez seemed thrilled with her new concerts in the hot months.
In her Instagram post, she announced that she will perform at a small number of shows throughout the summer for her worldwide fans who love her.
She then added, ‘I can’t wait to get back out there to see all of you.
