It seems that Jennifer Lopez might soon finalize a significant property acquisition, following her recent divorce filing with Ben Affleck.

55-year-old multi-talented individual, known for her acting and singing skills, is reportedly considering the possibility of purchasing the prestigious Azria Estate located in the upscale Los Angeles district of Holmby Hills, according to sources who spoke to TMZ on Wednesday.

The consistently popular celebrity is nearly finalizing a deal to buy the expansive 30,000 sq. ft property, according to sources who spoke to the publication. They mentioned that she’s making an offer between $30 and $39 million for this house, which currently has a price tag of $55 million on the market.

This mansion, known as ‘Max Azria’ in honor of its late fashion designer owner who passed away at 70 in May 2019, boasts 14 bedrooms equipped with high-end facilities such as a private cinema and an infinity swimming pool.

A previous bid for $30 million by billionaire Ron Burkle on the property was mentioned, which might have created some challenges during the subsequent purchase of the estate. Earlier this year, he had placed a winning bid in an auction for the property.

In May, a lawsuit ensued between Burkle and Lubov Azria, the widow of Adriano Azria, due to claims that a contract had been violated, according to reports from the outlet.

As reported by TMZ, the musician known for “The Love Don’t Cost a Thing” is said to have reached out to both parties regarding a possible acquisition of the estate. This real estate listing is currently being handled by Branden and Rayni Williams, agents from The Beverly Hills Estates.

Last month, during her separation from Affleck, Lopez showed an inclination towards purchasing the property. She has reportedly visited the premises multiple times over the last few weeks, according to reliable sources who spoke to the outlet.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I’ve always admired Jennifer Lopez, and here’s an interesting tidbit about her: Last year, she and Ben Affleck toured a home together while they were house hunting, according to TMZ reports. Interestingly enough, this very residence was also used as the filming location for her latest project, Atlas.

In another twist, the estate neighbors the Los Angeles mansion Lopez’s ex Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs recently put on sale for $61 million.

During the 1930s, the Georgian-style home, a design masterpiece by renowned architect Paul Williams, stands out for its impressive columns, decorative moldings, and intricate trim details.

Additionally, the residence boasts a full-scale chessboard located in its garden, as well as breathtaking vistas encompassing the wider Los Angeles region.

Back in 2005, I, a die-hard fan, was thrilled when the legendary Azria snatched up this stunning piece of real estate. The investment? A whopping $30 million on renovations! Fast forward to 2015, and the asking price for this home was a jaw-dropping $87 million – now that’s what I call a dream home!

One significant real estate deal among many arising from their separation is the potential sale of the Lopez-Affleck’s $68 million Los Angeles property known as Crestview Manor. Meanwhile, Affleck has moved into a Brentwood, California mansion he purchased during summertime, not long before their divorce announcement.

Lopez submitted a document on August 20, 2024, following several months of buzz about the A-list performer’s romantic ties to the 52-year-old actor-director. Their personal issues have been a hot topic in Hollywood news lately.

On August 20, 2022, exactly two years after their wedding, Lopez submitted the necessary paperwork at Affleck’s property located near Savannah, Georgia.
