After a year and a half of trying, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have unexpectedly found a new development in their attempt to sell their $61 million former home.
The Beverly Hills home previously owned by the former couple is no longer for sale. This marks the second time it’s been withdrawn from the market, coming just after a $16 million price cut.
The online listing for the large 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom property is now inactive, as of January 25th, and people are curious to see what Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck will do next.
The Daily Mail published photos Tuesday of four large moving trucks at the property, but it’s unknown what they were moving or doing there.
Okay, so here’s the story! My clients – a couple who recently went through a split – actually bought this incredible mansion together back in 2023. It’s a huge place – twelve bedrooms and a whopping twenty-four bathrooms! They found it in the super exclusive Beverly Crest neighborhood not long after tying the knot in August of 2022. The property, which spans 46,000 square feet, has been for sale since June 2024, just two months before Jennifer Lopez filed for divorce from Ben Affleck after two years together.
It was first listed for a whopping $68 million – $8 million more than the couple original paid.
After a deal fell through and the property remained unsold for over a year, Jennifer Affleck and Ben Lopez decided to remove the house from the market in July 2025.
I’ve been following this property for a while now, and it’s quite a story! It came back on the market last September for $52 million, but after only four months, it looks like they’ve taken it off the market again. It’s all happening so fast!
Even though they haven’t been able to sell the house they shared during their marriage, both Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have bought new homes as they begin separate lives after their divorce.

According to a source who spoke to the Daily Mail last year, Jennifer is completely remodeling her home and putting a significant amount of money into it. The property is quite large, including the main house, a pool house, and a separate guest house.
