Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have been ‘in regular contact’ since LA fires forced him to evacuate

It appears that Jennifer Lopez has been reaching out to her former spouse, Ben Affleck, and his kids – Violet (age 19), Fin (age 16), and Samuel (age 12) – during the destructive wildfires in Los Angeles.

The 55-year-old actress reportedly expressed feelings of anxiety and apprehension upon discovering that her ex-spouse and his relatives were among the approximately 130,000 individuals facing evacuation orders. These orders initially targeted the Pacific Coast but have since been expanded to include Pasadena inland areas as well.

According to a source, she immediately contacted Page Six after learning about the potential threat to Ben’s home and his subsequent evacuation. The source also mentioned that she wanted to check on him and offer support during this difficult situation.

Moreover, she made it clear that she is available to support both him and their children (the ones he has with Jennifer Garner).

‘She offered her support for whatever they need,’ the insider noted.

For comfort to Affleck and his family, it was discovered that his property managed to withstand the destructive wildfires sweeping across Los Angeles.

After fleeing his residence, he was seen heading for safety at Garner’s home.

Despite luckily sparing his house from destruction while numerous other Westside celebrities and Pacific Palisades residents suffered losses, Affleck still faces potential danger.

In Los Angeles, the strong winds persistently blow and may spark fresh fires, although they seem to have calmed down a bit compared to their peak intensity on Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning.

Following the fire that erupted in Pacific Palisades, fresh fires ignited to the east in Altadena, leading to massive evacuations in close-by Pasadena on Tuesday evening.

On Wednesday, several new fires erupted in the Hollywood hills, posing a danger to densely inhabited sections of Hollywood.

In recent times, the star known as Armageddon moved into Pacific Palisades, having recently purchased a property worth $20.5 million there, after parting ways with Lopez.

Despite being a significant downgrade from the lavish mansion they shared in Beverly Hills, this place is far from cramped, boasting a spacious 6,247 square feet, complete with five bedrooms and six bathrooms.

Before moving into my present residence, I was fortunate enough to call a grand, 38,000 square foot Georgian manor home – a property my partner and I acquired for a staggering $60 million.

This grand property showcases 12 spacious bedrooms and 24 modern bathrooms, along with a host of luxurious amenities such as a 12-car garage and an elevator. However, despite listing it at $68 million, they haven’t managed to find a buyer yet.

Before Jennifer officially filed for divorce, Ben was spotted residing in a rental property in Brentwood, a location not far from his present residence. This neighborhood happens to be where his former spouse, Jennifer Garner, as well as their children, also dwell.

While Ben’s luck has held up until now, many other celebrities have faced heartache because of the destructive fires.

Homes belonging to celebrities such as Adam Brody, Leighton Meester, and Anna Faris were among those devastated by the destruction.

After a devastating fire, both John Goodman’s and Anthony Hopkins’ homes were reduced to ruins, and the same fate struck the residences of Billy Crystal and Eugene Levy.

Actor James Woods posted a video of the approaching fire just before he left due to the imminent burning down of his home.

As a die-hard admirer, it’s heartbreaking to say that Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, stars of The Hills, lost their home to the raging wildfire. In a moment that felt surreal, I could only imagine Spencer standing there, his gaze heavy with sorrow, as he watched the encroaching flames. Tragically, they were compelled to abandon their home due to the ferocious blaze.
