Jennifer Lawrence cuts a svelte figure at Die My Love screening as she shakes off shock SAG Actor Awards snub

Jennifer Lawrence looked incredibly fit at the New York City premiere of her new movie, Die My Love, just months after having her second baby.

The actress, age 35, recently made waves with a memorable interview alongside Leonardo DiCaprio, and she looked stunning at the 92nd Street Y event. She wore a chic, all-black outfit with a sleeveless top as she walked the red carpet.

I recently had the chance to chat with audiences after a screening of Lynne Ramsay’s latest film, Die My Love. It was fantastic! The cast is incredible – Robert Pattinson, Sissy Spacek, LaKeith Stanfield, and Nick Nolte all deliver amazing performances. It was a real pleasure to be there and answer questions about the movie.

The critically acclaimed psychological thriller has earned rave reviews, especially for Jennifer’s outstanding performance. Despite this, she was surprisingly overlooked when nominations for the newly named Actor Awards (formerly the SAG Awards) were revealed on Wednesday.

She plays a woman in ‘Die My Love’ who is struggling with a rocky relationship and suspects her husband (played by Pattinson) of infidelity.

Following the birth of her first child, she experiences a serious struggle with postpartum depression and occasional breaks from reality. Her husband and mother-in-law feel helpless as they watch her suffer.

While film critics have reacted intensely to these complex movies, general audiences have had a much more divided response, likely due to the films’ unconventional style and indirect narratives.

Jennifer definitely stood out with her outfit. She wore a stylish sleeveless black halter top that showed off her arms.

The shirt had a tall, substantial collar that looked like a turtleneck, but it was made of woven fabric instead of knit.

The Academy Award-winning actress wore the blouse with black pants that had an uneven hemline – longer in the back and shorter in the front to show off her shoes.

I always admire Jennifer’s style, and today was no exception. She looked incredible in a classic black outfit, but she really elevated it with these stunning gold earrings – they had beautiful, dangling pearls that caught the light. And those sleek black heels? Absolutely perfect! She just knows how to put everything together.

The actress, known for The Hunger Games, finished her outfit with long, blond hair styled with flattering bangs that highlighted her makeup.

She smiled gently while posing for photos with interviewer Josh Horowitz from the Happy Sad Confused podcast.

People also saw Jennifer earlier that night as she left her hotel to attend the movie screening.

She wore a black outfit and topped it with a stylish black overcoat that had unusually large sleeves.

Oh my gosh, did you SEE Jennifer? She was absolutely stunning! I noticed this amazing outfit – a super full, flowy halter top peeking out from under a gorgeous double-breasted coat. It almost looked like she’d just casually thrown a scarf on to keep warm, but it was SO much more than that. It was effortlessly chic, honestly. I can’t stop thinking about it!

Last month, Jennifer playfully teased Leonardo DiCaprio during their interview for the Actors on Actors series, a collaboration between CNN and Variety.

I have to say, I completely agree with Jennifer! I was so impressed with how fantastic Leonardo DiCaprio looked portraying a dad to a teenage daughter – Chase Infiniti was amazing, by the way – in ‘One Battle After Another’. It really is an Oscar-worthy performance, and he looks incredible in the role.

Jennifer told him, ‘It was wonderful watching you play a dad in ‘One Battle After Another.’ I wish you had a teenage daughter – you’re really good with them!’

DiCaprio just laughed instead of answering, but many online saw it as a playful comment about his history of dating much younger women, often models.
