Jennifer Lawrence & Cooke Maroney Spotted Post-Birth Rumors: Second Child Secret?

Jennifer Lawrence and her husband Cooke Maroney were spotted taking a stroll together in New York City amid rumors she recently gave birth to their second child.

During her excursion, Jennifer Lawrence, aged 34, donned a lengthy, navy-blue coat featuring toggle fasteners.

The woman who had won an Oscar, now noticeably free from any visible signs of pregnancy, finished off her stylish look with a sleek leopard-patterned Prada bag.

The actress and the art dealer are already parents to son Cy, three.

She had let her long, golden locks cascade freely and her makeup was carefully applied to hint at a romantic evening out.

Cooke wore a black sweater with green pants and a black coat.

DailyMail.com has reached out to Lawrence reps to confirm whether she has already given birth, but have not heard back at this time.

Actress X revealed her second pregnancy in a public announcement, as her representative shared the news with Vogue magazine in an article that was released in October 2024.

The Indian Hills, Kentucky native and Cooke married in October 2019 at the Belcourt mansion in Newport, Rhode Island.

Maroney, 40, has worked as the art gallery director for Gladstone Gallery in New York City since 2022.

Jennifer’s due date was rumored to be due in early spring.

In addition to preparing to welcome a new addition, Lawrence has also been gearing up to promote her new film Die My Love.

With Robert Pattinson in the cast, the movie is directed by renowned Scottish filmmaker Lynne Ramsay and focuses on the topic of postpartum depression.

Director Lynne Ramsay said the storyline of the upcoming film is really ‘hardcore’ and JLaw responded eagerly to it.

The movie, titled like its source material (Ariana Harwicz’s 2019 book), is Ramsay’s debut project since his 2017 film “You Were Never Really Here.

‘Lawrence just really responded to the material, which is hardcore in some ways, because it’s about postnatal depression and bipolar [disorder],’ the director told IndieWire.

‘But it’s funny as well. Well, I’ve made it funny. I think I’ve made it funny. I hope I’ve made it funny.’

The movie is set in rural America where Lawrence’s character is gripped by the sort of symptoms that often accompany postpartum depression and bipolar disorder.

In addition to dealing with her infant, the protagonist is torn between her husband, played by Pattinson, and her lover, played by LaKeith Stanfield.

In the movie set to debut at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival, both Sissy Spacek and Nick Nolte are cast.

‘It’s about mental health…and the breakdown of a marriage. But it’s really f***ing funny.

‘At least, I think it’s funny…But I’m Glaswegian, so I’ve a really black sense of humor,’ Ramsay told Variety.

In late November, Lawrence’s publicist confirmed that she was pregnant in a statement to Vogue.

A source close to the Hunger Games actress dropped a clue as to when the Golden Globe award winner may become a mother again.

In October, there was a hint given to People magazine suggesting that JLaw’s child, Cy, will turn three years old by the time the next baby comes along.

Cy was born in February 2022, which means he turned three last month.

She is overjoyed about being a mother and eagerly awaits the arrival of another child. The timing seems ideal to her, as her current son will be 3 years old when the new baby arrives.
