Jennifer Garner has come clean about what cosmetic procedures she has done.

The 53-year-old admitted she has tried Botox.

She expressed that she hasn’t used it so far, but she has asked medical professionals if it’s necessary on past occasions. Fortunately, she’s encountered friendly doctors who have reassured her by saying, “No.

In a conversation with Harper’s Bazaar in July 2022, she suggested that one should spend less time gazing into mirrors and should exercise caution when considering facial injections. This advice was given in response to a question about the guidance she would offer her two older children, Violet (19) and Seraphina (16), whom she shares with ex-husband Ben Affleck.

She emphasized the importance of being extremely cautious and waiting for the most opportune moment to contribute anything further. She didn’t want anyone to believe they were too old at 37 to make wise decisions, let alone consider drastic changes like getting injections or fillers.

Garner, a mother to a 13-year-old named Samuel, has repeatedly encouraged young ladies to accept the process of growing older gracefully.

‘Take care of yourself, but don’t be scared. Aging is a gift,’ she told People last March.

And she is happy at 53.

I appreciate being this age, and I wouldn’t trade it for youth. I’m cherishing every moment, feeling strong and wise, living fully in joy and accomplishment. I recognize my good fortune and the blessings bestowed upon me.

And she wants to live long. 

Garner expressed his desire, saying, “I wish to grow older, aiming to reach the century mark. However, I don’t anticipate looking as I do now when I turn 100.

The 13 Going on 30 star has previously warned fans to be cautious when it comes to injectables.

The former partner of Ben Affleck mentioned that their evening ritual involves preparing for the next day, emphasizing the importance of being well-prepared.

Let’s make sure more people have access to top-notch, no-cost testing and care, and it’s crucial that the county stands firm against any mask-related bans for any reason.
