A man, accused of driving his vehicle into the main entrance of Jennifer Aniston‘s house, is now facing charges for stalking and property damage.
In a recent press statement, it was revealed that Jimmy Wayne Carwyle, aged 48, has been formally accused of stalking a well-known television personality from The Morning Show.
district attorney Nathan J. Hochman of Los Angeles County stated that Carwyle has faced charges for a felony stalking offense and a felony vandalism charge, following an occurrence at Aniston’s residence in Bel-Air on Monday.
The statement alleges that Carwyle repeatedly bothered Aniston from March 1, 2023, to May 5, 2025, by sending her unsolicited messages on social media, voicemail, and email.
In addition, Carwyle faces an aggravating circumstance of the threat of great bodily harm.
Originating from Mississippi, Carwyle might serve up to three years in a state correctional facility if found guilty as alleged, as stated in the official announcement.

In my own words, on the 5th of May, approximately at noon, a troubling situation escalated dramatically. As I stepped out to survey the day, a vehicle, allegedly driven by an individual with a history of harassment, barreled through my front gate, causing significant destruction. Thankfully, my security guard was vigilant and managed to apprehend him before local law enforcement arrived on the scene. The incident underscores the importance of maintaining a secure environment, especially when dealing with potentially volatile situations.
In this situation, the Los Angeles Police Department looked into the occurrence, and currently, Deputy District Attorney Sam Hulefeld from the Stalking and Threat Assessment Team of the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office is handling the legal proceedings.
In a recent statement, District Attorney Nathan J. Hochman emphasized that stalking is a serious offense which can rapidly progress from bothersome harassment to harmful, violent behavior, endangering victims and our entire community. Our office is dedicated to vigorously pursuing charges against individuals who engage in stalking and instill fear in others, ensuring they face the consequences of their actions.
He expressed his gratitude towards the law enforcement officials and the Stalking and Threat Assessment Team, specifically Deputy District Attorney Sam Hulefeld, for their exceptional efforts in handling this case. Additionally, he mentioned.
On May 8, Carwyle has a court appearance scheduled in Department 30 of the Airport Court, and prosecutors plan to request a statutory bond of $150,000 for the defendant.
DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for Aniston for comment.
Aniston was home at the time of the terrifying incident.
In my role as a lifestyle expert, I must share an incident that recently occurred in the world of celebrity news. As it turns out, a suspect was detained by the security team associated with Jennifer Aniston. It appears they kept him under their watchful eye, using firearms, until the Los Angeles Police Department arrived on the scene – as reported by TMZ.
According to reports, Aniston’s security personnel quickly got into their car following the accident, extracted the driver from it. While they were waiting for the police to arrive, they held him in custody. The police later took him into custody and made an arrest.
On Tuesday, DailyMail.com was informed by the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) that Carwyle is the individual arrested and charged with felony vandalism, related to an accident that occurred on the property of the Friends television show star.

Police told TMZ that they are ‘reviewing social media posts’ under the suspect’s name.
According to the source, a Facebook page containing numerous strange and disjointed posts is linked to the account of Carwyle.
This involves at least one instance where Aniston is mentioned as his “spouse,” as well as no fewer than five other posts explicitly using her full name.
As a die-hard fan, I can’t help but wonder if the account under scrutiny might be linked to the suspect, or perhaps another individual sharing the same name. The mystery deepens!
As a lifestyle expert looking into today’s events, I’d like to share an update based on the recent statements by Officer Jeff Lee from the LAPD. Earlier this afternoon, at approximately 12:20PM Pacific Time, our authorities received a call concerning a suspected burglary at a private residence. The individual in question reportedly forced his way into the property by driving his vehicle straight through the entrance gate.

According to authorities, there was no interaction between Aniston and the suspect, and they confirmed that she remained unharmed in this incident. Additionally, it’s been stated that he did not breach her residence.
According to a representative from the LAPD, the driver forced his car into the house’s gate, thereby entering and accessing the premises.
A security officer present on the property managed to hold a suspected individual until law enforcement officials arrived. Once they showed up, they peacefully apprehended the suspect.
The officer added: ‘The resident was home at the time.’
Representatives for Aniston previously declined to comment when contacted by DailyMail.com.
