As a huge fan of Jennifer Aniston, I was so excited to hear what keeps her looking and feeling amazing! Her trainer, Dani Coleman, recently revealed the routines and habits that have helped Jennifer stay in incredible shape for years, and I can’t wait to try them out!
According to her trainer, 56-year-old actress Jennifer Aniston keeps a positive and fun attitude during workouts, often making jokes while they listen to pop music.
Jen always makes time for physical activity, no matter how busy she is or where she travels, according to Coleman in an interview with The Daily Mail. She believes that even a little exercise each day is beneficial, and she appreciates that PVOLVE offers workouts of varying lengths and types to fit her needs.
Jennifer Aniston, who Coleman describes as a ‘super woman,’ does complete, full-body workouts to ensure she works all of her muscles.
When asked about a surprising fact about the actress, Coleman shared that she’s a dedicated fitness enthusiast. He added that her positive attitude and down-to-earth personality really stand out during their workouts, even more than her strong work ethic.
Coleman, who created the PVOLVE workout system and is the VP of Training at the company Jennifer Aniston endorses, also shared that even the Morning Show actress sometimes doesn’t feel like working out.
Coleman is starting a new campaign in 2026 called ‘Worth It Everytime’ to encourage people to stick with exercise. She believes that even when you don’t feel motivated, you’ll always feel better after a workout.

Aniston and Coleman have been workout buddies since around 2020.
Coleman shared that after nearly five years of weekly collaboration, they’re still enjoying their work and achieving greater success as a team.
I originally connected with Jen through a friend – she heard about PVOLVE and started following along with our online workouts. She loved what she was seeing and reached out about trying a one-on-one training session right in her own home! It’s always so rewarding when someone takes that extra step and wants to really personalize their fitness journey.
She immediately liked Jen, describing her as captivating, dedicated, kind, and very funny. She also appreciated seeing Aniston with her dogs, Clyde and Lord Chesterfield, while she exercised.
Coleman added that Aniston impressed her right off the bat.
I’ll always remember our first workout together – we did a total-body routine with resistance bands, exercise balls, and gliders. What I enjoy about training her at PVOLVE is that every workout is different, and I love creating personalized routines, picking the music, and constantly finding new challenges for her.
And they have a game plan.
As a trainer, I work with my clients, Jen included, using a few different approaches I’ve developed. We focus on building strength and toning with ‘Strength & Sculpt,’ then ramp up the intensity with ‘Sculpt & Burn.’ And for continued progress, we incorporate ‘Progressive Weight Training’ – gradually increasing the weight to keep challenging the muscles. It’s a really effective combination!
We offer full-body workouts using a variety of equipment like resistance bands, a three-dimensional trainer, exercise balls, and gliders. We also incorporate heavier dumbbells to help build lean muscle. Our workouts are challenging, set to great music, and include breaks for playtime with our dogs!

Coleman is a fan of this campaign because she believes it’s something everyone can connect with. It accurately portrays the thoughts we all have before and during exercise – the moments of doubt, trying to talk ourselves out of it, and finally, the little victory we feel when we actually start working out.
Coleman admitted that sometimes it is hard for her and Aniston to get to the gym.
One of the reasons this campaign resonates with people is because it honestly portrays the internal struggle many of us have before exercising. PVOLVE isn’t about harsh workouts; it’s built to make fitness feel possible and encouraging.
The new film, Worth It Everytime, starring Jennifer Aniston, captures the internal struggle many people face when trying to motivate themselves to exercise.
Coleman shared with Daily Mail that filming the new ‘Worth It Everytime’ campaign was a blast. The video showcases that PVOLVE isn’t just about exercise – it’s about developing lasting mental and physical strength and making fitness a consistent part of your life.
The video perfectly shows the internal struggle many people face before exercising – that little voice trying to talk you out of it, and the eventual decision to prioritize self-care. Making it really highlighted how good it feels to move your body in a way that benefits your physical and mental well-being.
She shared the inspiration behind the mindfulness theme, explaining that a workout truly begins before the physical activity starts. They chose to emphasize the mental aspect of exercise, believing it’s just as crucial as the physical benefits.
By working with Headspace, we’re helping people approach their workouts with focus and purpose. This turns each session into more than just exercise – it’s a mindful experience that builds lasting strength and helps them stay consistent with their fitness goals.

The campaign includes a ‘New Year’s Mindset Challenge’ – a four-week program focused on building consistency. It features short, easy-to-follow classes lasting about 30-35 minutes, making it simple to participate.
In October, Jennifer Aniston shared her fitness secret: the Pvolve system. She uses it every day in her home gym in Bel Air, California, and says it’s a clever way to build muscle. Aniston is currently dating Jim Curtis.
Staying strong isn’t just about being in shape—it’s a key to staying young, according to a recent announcement about Jennifer Aniston, who is fully committed to this approach.
Pvolve has helped her find a smart, effective, and safe way to get stronger, challenge herself, and stay healthy as she ages. She’s now advancing her fitness journey even further with The Longevity Bundle.
The Pvolve Longevity Bundle is created to help women increase their metabolism, maintain strong bones, and combat the signs of aging, all while helping them build strength that’s both lean and useful in everyday life.
This set contains Jennifer’s go-to Pvolve gear, including the new Body Band. It’s a flexible tool that lets you build strength without needing heavy weights. You can use it to work all your muscles for great results, without the stress on your body that dumbbells or barbells can cause.
Pvolve is kicking off the Fall Strength Challenge from October 29th to November 12th! For every challenge finished, Pvolve will donate $1 to Women in Medicine to help fund important research in women’s health.

This comes after size two Aniston shared what she eats on her cheat days.
Angelina Jolie recently told People magazine that her new cookbook, Cooking With Clydeo, which came out on September 9th, features plenty of indulgent recipes she likes to make when she’s craving a treat.
Aniston will have ‘pizza nights, burgers or Mexican food,’ she told the outlet.
She’s a familiar face at events, but also enjoys a good night out. ‘I love going to my favorite restaurant with friends, having a martini, and enjoying a great meal,’ she says.
She loves eating at Nobu in Malibu for Japanese food and Casa Vega in Sherman Oaks for Mexican.
She shared that her favorite recipe in the new book is a savory snack called Enchilada Bites, which Jennifer Aniston personally loves.
She described the cheesy recipe as delightfully small and satisfying, saying, ‘You can enjoy it without feeling guilty, and it’s really, really good!’
Cook with Clydeo is a cookbook featuring 35 recipes for all meals and snacks, presented with a fun twist – many are written as if told by a dog named Clydeo! The author plans to release two more books featuring Clydeo: ‘Clydeo Versus Peanut Butter’ later this year, and ‘Clydeo Makes a Friend’ in winter 2026.
Jennifer Aniston has previously discussed her eating habits. In 2024, she shared that she enjoys indulging in a ‘cheat day’ and occasionally likes to have a dirty martini.
The actress prioritizes a healthy lifestyle, focusing on a diet rich in protein while limiting carbohydrates and sugar. She allows herself occasional treats and indulges in her favorite foods and drinks when she feels like it.
She prefers martinis – a classic cocktail made with gin and vermouth, and typically served with an olive or lemon twist.
According to a source, Jennifer Aniston eats a balanced diet focusing on protein and healthy carbs, but she also allows herself occasional treats and doesn’t restrict herself completely. She enjoys alcoholic drinks like martinis or tequila when she wants, without feeling guilty about it.
To unwind, the actress enjoys meditation and spending time outdoors with her dogs. According to a source, she regularly meditates and loves going on hikes with them.
Jen isn’t concerned about getting older and doesn’t want any cosmetic surgery. She’s prioritizing her health and happiness as she embraces the process of growing older.
A source close to Jen says she’s very comfortable with getting older. She prioritizes being as healthy and happy as possible, and that’s what matters to her.

Aniston has been able to maintain her incredible shape even as she has settled into her 50s.
In April 2022, the actress told First For Women magazine her secrets to staying youthful while balancing a busy acting career and running businesses, including her LolaVie Haircare line.
The model, who is 5’5″, shared that she starts her day with warm lemon water and uses her stair climber for exercise to stay in shape. However, she says her favorite part of the day is taking time to meditate.
In a segment called ‘Curbs Cravings: Breakfast With A Twist,’ the presenter shared that she enjoyed cooking while in quarantine.
The actress, known for her role in Cake, shared her morning routine: she starts with warm lemon water, followed by a shake or a breakfast of avocado and eggs. She’s become quite creative with preparing eggs in different ways.
Jennifer Aniston also revealed a trick for making oatmeal extra good: she whips in an egg white just before it’s done cooking. This adds protein and creates a wonderfully fluffy texture.
