Jennifer Aniston’s boyfriend Jim Curtis to ‘rent out his NYC home’ after gushing about their vacation

Jennifer Aniston’s current partner, known as Hypnotist Jim Curtis, seems to be hinting at an advancement in their relationship, given that he recently put his lower Manhattan apartment worth approximately $1.25 million up for rent around a month ago.

This 49-year-old transformational coach acquired a two-bedroom, two-bathroom property back in 2015, and now he’s advertising it for rent. The asking price is $11,500 per month if the unit comes furnished, or $10,500 per month without furniture – as reported by The U.S. Sun.

In a possible turn of events, the 56-year-old Emmy recipient could soon find herself searching for a new home, following the arrest of Jimmy Wayne Carwyle on May 5th for stalking her and ramming his car through the gate of her $22M Bel-Air mansion while she was present in the house.
