On Thursdays, Jennifer Aniston posted exclusive set pictures from The Morning Show on her social media, celebrating the show’s numerous Emmy nominations.

The next day after the nominations were revealed, she posted a picture on Instagram of herself and Reese Witherspoon in their show costumes while filming for Apple TV+’s hit series.

The two actresses, who portray competing news anchors on television, find themselves in real-life competition as they have each earned Emmy nominations for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series.

After the Emmys nominations were announced on Wednesday, Apple TV+ expressed their excitement about The Morning Show receiving a total of 16 nominations – the most for Apple TV+ this year. They marked this achievement with a photo featuring Jennifer and Reese, along with several producers from the show, accompanied by the caption: “Sixteen Emmy nods for our Sweet Sixteen (The Morning Show team)!”

Jennifer rolled with it for her own post caption.

When I stood next to Reese with the sun setting behind us, I could feel the warmth of the day’s last rays on my skin, leaving me with a noticeable glow. We both opted for sleek and chic all-black outfits that accentuated our figures.

The actor from “Friends” wore a beautiful, sleeveless floral lace top and matched it with basic black pants. In contrast, her co-star opted for a black satin blouse with a coordinating mini skirt and suit jacket.

Most of The Morning Show’s nominations for this year are in the acting categories, so Jennifer drew attention to her prominent co-stars.

At the drama series set, Jon Hamm, a nominee for Outstanding Supporting Actor, was filmed working alongside Jennifer in front of a small fairground during a scene shoot.

Mark Duplass received a nomination in the same category, and his co-star posted a picture on social media of them having a meal at a diner together.

In the image of plane monitors, he made another appearance, implying possible filming with various cameras.

Billy Crudup received a nomination in the best supporting actor category, while Nicole Beharie, Greta Lee from “Past Lives,” Karen Pittman, and Holland Taylor were prominent figures in the supporting actress category nominations.

Marcia Gay Harden earned a nomination for her guest role acting performance on The Morning Show, completing the list of acting nominees.

Jennifer shared an image: it showed her seated on a bed, working on a laptop that looked like a scene straight out of a TV show.

An alternate image revealed the same bed, but with brighter and more ordinary lighting. In this picture, Jennifer was casually conversing with one of the production team members. Near her elbow, there was a humorous sign warning, “Please don’t sit on furniture.”
