Courteney Cox, known for her role on Friends and love of fitness, recently displayed her toned abs while promoting Pvolve, a gentle workout program she uses to stay in shape.

Jennifer Aniston, 56, started working with Pvolve in 2023. She found the full-body workout while recovering from an injury and now enthusiastically supports and promotes its approach to fitness.

Jennifer Aniston revealed that outside of formal exercise, she maintains her figure with a very disciplined, low-fat diet that she starts first thing in the morning.

I like to make a ginger tea – just a teaspoon of ginger is great for helping digestion and boosting your immune system. Then I add a tiny bit of Manuka honey. It’s really tasty when it’s hot!

Besides attending lots of events, she also enjoys eating at her favorite restaurants, including Nobu in Malibu for Japanese food and Casa Vega in Sherman Oaks for Mexican cuisine.

She told PEOPLE she was planning a fun night out with her friends, including a martini and a great dinner at her favorite restaurant.

She also revealed a penchant for Enchilada Bites, a savoury homemade snack. 

Oh my gosh, she said it’s totally guilt-free because they’re just tiny bites! I mean, you could make one bite last longer, savor it, but honestly? They’re just unbelievably yummy, yummy, YUMMY! I need more right now, just thinking about it!
