Jennifer Aniston, a highly demanded actress in Hollywood, boasts an impressive resume of work.

But the 56-year-old Friends veteran does have her issues, just like anyone else.

In the September edition of Glamour, the woman from Los Angeles openly discussed something that triggers her feelings of worry or fear.

The woman with blond hair spoke to a media outlet to publicize the upcoming season of The Morning Show, featuring Reese Witherspoon, Marion Cotillard, and Karen Pittman.

She admitted to feeling somewhat nervous about speaking in public, particularly because her statements have often been misinterpreted or taken out of context, as has been her experience over the years,” is a possible paraphrase of the original statement made by Brad Pitt’s ex-wife.

I’ve adopted an unusual self-supervision approach lately. Earlier, journalism was quite raw and they sought sensationalism, looking for anything they could use repeatedly. However, in the grand scheme of things, it doesn’t matter much in the long run.

And nerves are also what keeps her from attending the Met Gala.

The girlfriend of Jim Curtis expressed that she finds it overwhelming, particularly with the process of preparing and dressing up, as she prefers a more casual style, such as jeans, flip-flops, and a tank top.

She said, “I also enjoy getting dressed up, but for me it turns into a mental challenge of, ‘Let’s pick out an elegant outfit, apply makeup, style my hair nicely, and then head to a large gathering filled with acquaintances.’

Everyone is present to commemorate each other and enjoy themselves, yet I find myself feeling uneasy. Even public speaking makes me a bit apprehensive, particularly in light of past experiences where my words have been misrepresented or taken out of context over the years.

I find myself, somewhat strangely, self-policing my actions as if I were a school monitor. Back in the day, journalism was quite aggressive and they would relentlessly pursue any scandal to sensationalize and keep it going indefinitely. However, nowadays, I’ve reached a point where such matters seem inconsequential in the grand scheme of life.

One of her joys is working with Witherspoon, whom she also costarred with on Friends. 

‘That little worker bee. She’s so busy,’ said Aniston.

We frequently exchange messages during the year, even when not at work, as a way of keeping in touch with each other. She divides her time between Nashville and Los Angeles.

However, our bond resembles that of pre-owned items – she is more like a sister from another family, and yet we hold mutual trust. She often suggests, “Take care of this part; I trust your judgment here,” or reciprocally.

Our connection feels somewhat like secondhand – she’s not my actual sister but functions similarly in terms of trust. She says things like, “Handle this aspect, as I trust your discernment,” and the roles can sometimes switch.

‘In this project, the importance of individual egos is quite small, and we have a strong sense of trust among us. It’s an excellent working atmosphere, and I find myself saddened at the thought of it ending or coming to a close. Eventually, it will have to because the world is becoming increasingly dangerous to continue in a serial format.’

And the ex of Justin Theroux said she is confident with her work these days.

The cover girl stated, “I’ve discovered that women possess an incredible ability to create outstanding television, infusing it with poise, gentleness, and mutual respect. We also trust each other deeply.

When one team member needs to step up and handle on-camera duties, everyone else relies on each other to handle the rest of the work smoothly. Additionally, through this experience, I’ve discovered previously unknown creative territories that have helped me embrace challenges and extend my limits.
