Jennifer Aniston, 56, makes rare move of naming her anti-aging products which have ingredients like PLASMA

Jennifer Aniston, 56, has made the rare move of rattling off her top anti-aging secrets.

While filming content for her UK Harper’s Bazaar cover, the actress from The Morning Show playfully shared a list of her favorite products.

It was part of a What’s Really In Her Beauty Bag clip.

She was wearing a light gray tank top and faded blue jeans as she kept pulling things out of her brown suede bag.

She playfully mentioned her large bag, explaining it was packed with essentials like a big bottle of Smartwater and a Pvolve stretching band.

One of the top products was a SPF sunscreen she said she uses religiously to keep wrinkles at bay.

She raves about the IMAGE Skincare DAILY PREVENTION Advanced Smartblend Mineral Moisturizer SPF 75, describing it as creamy, smooth, and offering light coverage.

Next came a lip balm.

She admitted she always carries lip balm, specifically the Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Lip Protectant Stick SPF 15. She’s been a fan of Elizabeth Arden’s Eight Hour Cream since the late 1990s and now takes it with her everywhere.

She also used a plasma lip balm from U Beauty, her friend Jen Meyer turned her onto it.

As a lifestyle expert, I’m always searching for products that truly deliver, and this lip serum is a game-changer. It’s designed to visibly smooth out fine lines and wrinkles while plumping up your lips. The secret? A powerful blend of antioxidants and peptides, plus gentle exfoliators like AHA, PHA, and salicylic acid. It works by softly removing dead skin cells and boosting your skin’s natural collagen and elastin – that’s what gives you fuller, more youthful-looking lips. It’s all about restoring and enhancing what you already have!

Then, she playfully promoted her Lolavie products, starting with her new Dry Shampoo. “I’m about to do a shameless plug,” she said, smiling. She also demonstrated how she uses Lolavie hair paste and oil.

Angelina Jolie, who was formerly married to Brad Pitt, explained that she generally prefers to stick with what she knows works. ‘If something isn’t broken, there’s no need to change it,’ she said.

And then she told a story about a beauty move that ‘traumatized her’ for decades.

The actress recalled a painful experience from the 1990s, shortly after moving to Los Angeles. A friend, who was a model and highly influential, convinced her to thin out her eyebrows. ‘She plucked them so much that they became too thin,’ the actress said, clearly distressed while remembering the incident. ‘I’m just glad that phase is over.’

During the interview, she raised her eyebrows repeatedly, signaling she was still upset about the change.

The red carpet wonder also uses Charlotte Tilbury eye and lip liner she said.

She really likes using a heated eyelash curler, but admits she’s careful with it. ‘I don’t like those tools because I often end up plucking an eyelash,’ she explained. She showed how the small device helps her lashes appear fuller and more spread out.

Then she talked her top beauty treatments.

She explained she enjoys a series of skincare treatments: lymphatic drainage massage, facials, and laser resurfacing to address sun damage. She admitted she loves being in the sun, even though she knows she should be more careful.

As a lifestyle expert, I’m always looking for simple ways to boost my wellness routine, and I recently discovered Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides in a convenient to-go packet. I love that it’s designed to support everything from healthy hair, skin, and nails, to strong bones and joints. What really stands out is the added Vitamin C – a powerful antioxidant that helps your body naturally create collagen for a more youthful glow. Plus, it contains 120mg of Hyaluronic Acid, which is amazing for keeping your skin hydrated and bouncy. It’s a small addition that makes a big difference!

The video showed a woman participating in a “What’s In Your Purse?” segment. She was wearing a light gray tank top and acid-wash jeans as she emptied the contents of her brown suede bag. She playfully commented on how large her bag was, revealing items like a big bottle of Smartwater and a Pvolve resistance band.

Jennifer Aniston mentioned she prefers a simple style, often wearing jeans, flip-flops, and tank tops.

The singer admitted she attempted to embrace the skinny jean trend but ultimately didn’t like it, and she’s happy it’s faded out of style.

Then Aniston gushed over ’90s fashion.

I’m a big fan of the ’90s and still cherish some things from the show Friends, like shoes and dresses. While some ’90s trends, such as thin eyebrows and sunglasses, aren’t my favorite, there’s a lot about the decade that I really enjoy.

Jennifer Aniston, who is a spokesperson for Smartwater, grabbed a large bottle of it, explaining, ‘I need to stay hydrated.’

She believes self-care is crucial, especially focusing on our mental and emotional wellbeing. Before facing the world, we need to prioritize feeling good – that means getting enough sleep, eating well, staying hydrated, and managing things like social media. It’s vital to nurture ourselves, and she emphasizes that self-care isn’t selfish at all.

Aniston found a pink foundation sponge which she dabbed on her face.

I think she truly shines when she’s getting glammed up for a photoshoot – it’s like she really comes alive! But honestly, she also feels her best when she’s taking time for herself, doing self-care things. And you know what else? Being with the people she loves – that’s when she’s at her most radiant, and it makes me so happy to see.

She grabbed a Pvolve resistance band from her bag, joking, ‘I always carry a big bag!’ Then, wearing gloves, she used the band to stretch her arms, explaining that it helps give them an extra good stretch.
