Jenna Bush Hager’s Intimate Secret: Why She Schedules Sex with Her Husband
As a devoted follower, I understand the importance of prioritizing personal matters, just as Jenna Bush Hager does. She makes time for special moments with her spouse, Henry Hager, who is 46 years old.
The mom of three shared this on Today with Jenna and Friends’ guest co-host Olivia Munn, 44.
Jenna, who is 43 years old, and Olivia were discussing the news that Maury Povich and Connie Chung have a weekend routine of scheduling time for intimacy together.
Munn turned to Jenna and asked her if she and Henry do that.
As a parent with more than one child, I’ve found myself in situations where I inevitably need to… almost as if it becomes second nature.
I must admit, I don’t enjoy this change, and it seems things aren’t as they once were because there are so many people around, constantly demanding my attention. Is it the same for you? It feels like something unexpected is going on.

Munn laughed and mimed zipping her lips as Jenna said, ‘You’re still newly-weddy.’
‘So you’re in the phase. Okay. Just call me when you’re putting on Frozen for the 14th time.’
‘No, I’m not judging it, I’m just…’ Munn said. ‘Not talking,’ Jenna filled in.
Mila (11 years old), Poppy (9 years old), and Hal (5 years old). Meanwhile, Munn has a daughter named Méi (6 months old) and a son called Malcolm (2 years old), who she shares with her partner, John Mulaney.
More recently, the daughter of ex-president George W. Bush and Laura Bush candidly discussed the maternal guilt she experienced following Mila’s birth.
In a recent interview with Parents, she expressed that she’s come to understand that ‘mom guilt’ doesn’t serve a positive purpose; instead, it leaves you feeling uneasy.
She admitted earlier on, though she can hardly recall it now, she likely experienced it then. However, she explained later, whether she’s with or without her children, she intentionally finds joy in each moment.
Additionally, the TV presenter shared that she aspires for her three kids to become self-reliant – a value she picked up from observing her own parents.

As an over-the-moon fan, I realize I can’t share every single moment with my eldest girl, and that’s just the way it should be, I declared.
I aim to foster a high degree of self-reliance in my children, ensuring their autonomy while maintaining safety. This way, as they grow up, they won’t feel the need to depend on me for every solution, instead learning to navigate challenges independently.
“They possess it internally, much like my parents did. My parents always fostered our autonomy, granting us significant freedom.
She mentioned that it’s something they both appreciate and strive to imitate, and she was talking about her twin sister. (This sentence structure is a bit more conversational but still maintains the original meaning.)
Last month on the Today show, Jenna shared a fun fact about her childhood: she and her twin sister would often pretend to be animals and move around as such. Additionally, their parents used to give them nicknames based on cats.
In a lively conversation, Jenna Geist, aged 49, along with her co-host Willie Geist, pondered over their identities being ‘more feline or canine.’ At this point, Jenna candidly confessed, ‘I’m entirely a cat, and in our younger days, we even had our parents address us using our feline nicknames.’
In our recent conversation, you inquired about the name of my feline companion. To set the record straight, she goes by Rose Bud. Now, let me share a bit about her lineage: My mom was affectionately known as Marmalade, and my dad was Tummy Tuff. Unfortunately, I can’t recall what we called Barbara, but she was a striped beauty just like our dear Rose Bud!
Later on, she confided: “We even scuttled to my folks,” a revelation that visibly unsettled the father of two, Willie.

As I noticed your surprised gaze, let me explain: I find myself, quite unexpectedly, identifying deeply with the feline world. Over time, this peculiarity has grown more pronounced, making me what you might call a ‘full cat.’
The former First Daughter continued: ‘I like to lounge, I like to take naps, I like to read.’
Speaking about her husband Henry Hager, she mentioned that she had transformed him, a man who had no experience with cats, into someone completely smitten with them.
