Bunnie XO, the wife of Jelly Roll, has often discussed her plastic surgery journey, and she recently shared more details on her podcast, Dumb Blonde, during Friday’s episode.
The 46-year-old internet personality announced she was getting a facelift.
Bunnie announced to her fans that she’s having a facelift on March 15th and asked for their positive thoughts and prayers, according to Us Weekly.
Bunnie had breast implants removed in 2020 and has also had a Brazilian Butt Lift and lip fillers. She believed a new procedure wouldn’t disrupt her podcast, but she did caution her audience that she might look a bit unusual while recovering.
“I’m probably going to look a mess, and I’ll likely be covered in bruises. It might be a little strange, but please don’t worry,” said Alisa DeFord, who goes by the name Bunnie.
Jelly Roll’s wife, who shared that they had difficult times at the beginning of their marriage, didn’t mention her surgeon’s name but praised his skill, saying he’s ‘really good’ and she expects a full recovery.
Bunnie previously shared on an episode released February 9th that she was planning to have surgery.
‘Your girl’s getting a facelift. Just gonna tack it back. Just a little bit,’ she said.
‘If I get it done now, I don’t have to do it when I’m 65,’ she added.
After losing almost 300 pounds and shaving his beard last November, 40-year-old Jelly Roll jokingly suggested in a video shared by Bunnie that he might consider getting a facelift.
The country singer joked that some changes were definitely needed, and they were considering a refresh to see if it would solve the problem.
Bunnie recently admitted to having surgery, following a previous disclosure that she and her partner struggled with intimacy before she lost weight, dropping to 265 pounds.
Bunnie, author of the recently released memoir Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic, told Us Weekly that she and her husband always maintained a sexual relationship, though they faced challenges, particularly when he gained a significant amount of weight.
Now that he’s lost weight, she says he’s regained a playful, enthusiastic attitude, and she finally feels like she’s seeing the man she always knew he could be.
Even though he was very large, weighing 500 pounds, he was surprisingly nimble and coordinated. I always thought he was an athlete trapped in a bigger body.
Now that he’s relieved of that burden, he’s finally showing the person I always knew he was, and it’s made him really happy. Seeing him happy makes me happy too,” Bunnie said.
Okay, so you won’t BELIEVE this about Jelly Roll – my absolute idol! Everyone’s jumping on the weight-loss drug bandwagon, right? But not Jason! He did it the real way, through hard work and dedication, not some quick fix. I’m even more obsessed with him now, honestly. It just proves what an incredible force of will he is! Seriously, a total inspiration.
Instead, he focused on a healthy diet, daily exercise and overcoming his food addiction.
In a January documentary titled ‘A Year for a Life,’ he revealed he was essentially ‘eating himself to death.’
