Jeff Brazier has ‘dropped’ legal case against Jackiey Budden as he patches up his feud with sons Freddy and Bobby

Jeff Brazier has reportedly dropped his legal case against Jade Goody’s mum Jackiey Budden.

Earlier it became known that Jeff had arranged a court hearing to prevent his 20-year-old son, Freddy, from visiting his paternal grandmother due to escalating worries about her welfare.

For quite some time, Jeff has maintained that she negatively impacts the distressed adolescent, as they’ve had multiple heated arguments in public view throughout their relationship.

Meanwhile, it’s been disclosed that the family has reconciled, and Jeff has withdrawn his lawsuit as reported by The Sun.

According to a source, Freddy has moved back in with Jackie in her South London apartment, but he’s also been seen spending time with both Jeff and Bobby as well.

The TV host recently appeared alongside his sons at “101 Dalmatians: The Musical” held at the Eventim Apollo in London, marking Jeff’s first performance on the West End stage.

According to the source, everyone has temporarily put their differences aside and are working towards improvement, which benefits them greatly.

‘In truth, this turns out to be an ideal result for all parties involved, which seems to align with Jade’s wishes. The boys appear more content, and fortunately, the persistent arguments have ceased, at least momentarily.’

As a die-hard fan, I can’t help but express my thoughts on the unique relationship between Jeff and Jackiey. Even though their friendship seems impossible, they made it clear that Freddy stands by Jackiey unwaveringly. In fact, if Jeff persists with his legal battle, Freddy has hinted at leaving the UK to be with his grandmother overseas.

In the recent past, it seemed like legal action was imminent, but instead, they managed to find a harmonious settlement.

Daily Mail has contacted Jeff’s representatives for comment.

In June, it was disclosed by The Mail on Sunday that Freddy had once more been visiting Jackiey’s apartment in Bermondsey, despite his father submitting legal documents aiming to separate them.

As a devoted admirer, I can attest that family acquaintances assert our duo maintains an ‘extraordinarily tight-knit relationship.’ To elaborate, Jeff wouldn’t have kept Freddy from his Nanny for long – they’ve always shared a profound connection. Despite Jeff’s lingering feelings towards her, stemming from past disagreements that span numerous years, Freddy holds a deep affection for her.

They enjoyed each other’s company immensely, spending time petting her dog and reminiscing in her apartment, a place he has frequented for many years. Yet, despite Jeff’s intentions with his legal actions, they have failed to produce the desired outcome.

In June, Freddy shared on Instagram that he planned to check into a rehab facility in Spain, acknowledging his long-standing addiction to smoking which began when he was just 12 years old, and expressing his eagerness to receive treatment for it.

He mentioned that he started smoking at the age of 12, and now he realizes it’s time to quit. It was initially a way to cope, but over time it became an addiction – something he came to depend on for comfort and a sense of normality.

However, a few days following his initial statement, Freddy shared another post online expressing a change of heart. In it, he wrote: ‘Actually, I don’t require rehabilitation. What I truly need is a vacation with some great guys or perhaps a relaxing getaway.’

When Freddy was merely four years old in the year 2009, he tragically lost his beloved mother, ex-Big Brother contestant Jade, to cervical cancer.

In an interview during BBC’s Celebrity Race Across the World, Freddy opened up about the pain he experienced after losing his mother.

He mentioned that he can’t recall being hugged by his mother… If he had more recollections of her, it might have complicated things for him significantly, yet he prefers that to not having memories of the activities they shared together.
