Jay-Z’s ex protegee Foxy Brown makes cryptic posts after rapper accused of raping girl, 13, with Diddy
As a seasoned journalist with decades of experience under my belt, I find myself deeply troubled by the recent turn of events surrounding the allegations against Jay-Z and Diddy. It seems like every day brings a new wave of shocking revelations, leaving us all questioning the morality and integrity of those we once admired.
In response to allegations against Jay-Z, made in a surprising lawsuit this week accusing him and Diddy of rape involving a 13-year-old, Foxy Brown, once mentored by Jay-Z, has shared a series of mysterious messages on social media.
55-year-old rapper (name not specified) was recently implicated in a child rape accusation, along with Diddy (also 55), following the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards. The allegations were made in a civil lawsuit filed on Sunday. However, he has firmly denied these charges.
Inga DeCarlo Fung Marchand, known as Foxy, is a 46-year-old artist who collaborated with Jay-Z early in her career when he contributed to one of her most successful tracks, “I’ll Be.” There were whispers that the two had a short romance during their time working together.
Brown, who vigorously refuted social media allegations of an underage romantic involvement with the artist behind 99 Problems in October, published updates that read: “Patience” accompanied by a surprised emoticon and a stoic emoticon.
She also posted ‘wow’ with her final Instagram story post reading: ‘Hugging my stories, Wendy would neva’ followed by a crown emoji.
In her posts, she didn’t offer any additional details or background, yet her fans suggested a connection to her past with Jay-Z and claimed she had agreed to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). However, she has publicly refuted these claims in the past.
Fans wrote: ‘Give it up Deelishis, we know he’s paying you off.
‘Jay probably paying Foxy,so she’ll never turn on him.
‘Isn’t she under an NDA cause I remember when she said once it was over she had a lot to say
‘FOXY BROWN! BABYYY WHEN THAT NDA UP?!
I was wondering if Foxy Brown would express her thoughts on the matter somehow. Hasn’t her non-disclosure agreement (NDA) expired yet, or is it still active this year?
DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for Jay-Z and Foxy Brown for comment.
In 1999, Jay and Foxy once more teamed up for the track “Bonnie & Clyde (Part II)”, a collaboration that appeared on her platinum-selling album titled Chyna Doll.
In 2013, the musician refuted allegations that she called Jay-Z a “transgender admirer” and indicated she was prepared to take legal measures.
At one point, it was said that Foxy was present at a baby shower, where she began discussing the rapper’s sexual orientation and asserted that she had lost her virginity to him when she was 15 and he was 27 years old.
However, Foxy vehemently rejected the allegations, stating, “This tale left me feeling nauseous. My legal team will reach out to all parties concerned.
She stated: “Over the course of my entire career in the music business, I have never encountered such vile and disregardful accusations. This fabricated narrative… devoid of any recorded interviews, be it audio, video, or written, undeniably appears to have been crafted with harmful intentions.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I can wholeheartedly say that Jay has been nothing short of marvelous in my life and that of my family. Over the years, he’s proven to be an exceptional friend, standing by us through thick and thin. Our partnership has consistently yielded great success, a testament to our strong teamwork.
Being kind and considerate, Beyoncé, my wife, has consistently treated me well… I won’t allow any hidden critic to sow disharmony or tarnish my name and standing.
In October 2024, she shared a picture of a post from X, suggesting that Jay had made her agree to a Non-Disclosure Agreement. She labeled it as ‘false information.’
She wrote: In icon business! Miss me wit that fake news. NDA? Ain’t a MF alive could stop my story. NDA on my sh** gon’ run 100 mill.’
“Please cease misusing my name just to seek attention or criticism. You won’t succeed in attempting to discredit me by using underhanded tactics. Instead, inquire about the caliber of the material I represent.
‘Comprehension is a lost art… Y’all want me to be anti-Hov so bad. FOH. Post that.’
The buzz around Jay-Z and Foxy’s relationship started swirling after Nas referred to them in his 2001 diss track “Ether,” which was a retaliation to Jay-Z’s song “Takeover.
Nas rapped: ‘Foxy aroused you because you were always close to her, I mean, near her lips. Are you thinking that you’re attracting women now due to your appearance?’
Jay-Z refutes the alleged incident that the victim described happening at a VMA’s afterparty in September 2000; a yet-unknown female celebrity was reportedly present as an observer.
In the explosive court document mentioned earlier, the unidentified victim had called Jay-Z “Famous Person A,” while the female celebrity being accused was referred to as “Famous Person B” under a disguise.
In one of the numerous lawsuits filed against Combs, Jay-Z was the initial celebrity to be mentioned together with Diddy. Both musicians have refuted all accusations.
At a party following the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards held on September 7th at New York City’s Radio City Music Hall, the accuser claimed she was attacked.
In the court case, she declared that during the afterparty, she drank a drink with a reddish-yellow color which had a taste similar to orange and cranberry juice combined with something bitter. This beverage made her feel dizzy and faint, leading her to require lying down.
She said she laid down in ‘what appeared to be an empty bedroom’, until Combs, Jay-Z and a female celebrity referred to as ‘Celebrity B’ entered the room.
The text can be rephrased as follows: ‘Defendant advanced menacingly towards the Plaintiff, displaying an agitated expression, seized her, and exclaimed, “Let’s get this party started!”‘
The person making accusations stated that Combs shoved her against a wall, causing her to stumble, followed by him picking her up and placing her on the bed.
She claimed that Jay-Z was the one who progressively undressed her, causing her to become increasingly confused, and then restrained her, committing sexual assault by penetrating her against her will. Meanwhile, Combs and Celebrity B looked on passively.
According to the document, once Jay-Z had concluded, he moved towards the wall. Then, Combs advanced and allegedly sexually assaulted the plaintiff in a manner that can be described as rape using sexual penetration, while Carter and Celebrity B looked on.
The lawsuit had initially been filed in New York’s Southern District this past October against Combs, with a refiling on Sunday which identified Jay-Z.
For over two decades, the musical duo composed of Beyoncé and Jay-Z have been dominating the R&B scene as a power couple. They officially tied the knot in April 2008, and by the year 2014, they had collectively sold approximately 300 million records.
They share three children together – Blue Ivy and six-year-old twins Rumi and Sir Carter.
however, whispers of infidelity on Jay-Z’s part involving his protégée Rihanna threatened their partnership from the start, and it was thought that they briefly separated in 2005 due to these allegations.
In an interview with The New York Times in 2017, rapper Jay-Z openly acknowledged that he had been unfaithful to his wife, Beyoncé, without revealing the identity of the person involved.
Beyoncé has not been implicated in any of the Diddy lawsuits.
55-year-old Jay-Z delivered a sharp rebuttal to the lawsuit through DailyMail.com, alleging that the accuser was trying to extort him.
The rapper expressed concern that his three kids with Beyoncé might face harassment as a result of the accusations against him.
Jay-Z expressed concern for Blue Ivy, as he fears she might encounter inquiries from friends regarding the ongoing lawsuit. Additionally, they are proud parents to seven-year-old twins, Rumi and Sir.
‘My only heartbreak is for my family,’ Jay-Z told DailyMail.com on Sunday.
We’ll need to talk to our kids, including the one who’s old enough for peers to discuss news with, as they might hear about these matters and ask questions. So, we’ll have to clarify to them the harshness and selfishness that some people can display.
Jay-Z expressed sorrow over yet another instance of lost innocence, stating that it was unfortunate for his children to be exposed to such graphic allegations at such a tender age.
He stated that it’s unjust for people to be expected to comprehend such incomprehensible levels of malicious intent aimed at devastating families and crushing the human spirit.
As an ardent admirer putting words to my thoughts, I’m here to share some intriguing insights. Tony Buzbee, the lawyer representing the woman accusing Diddy of wrongdoings at the 2000 VMAs afterparty, as well as over a hundred other individuals, has made an interesting revelation. In addition to his client’s case, he’s claimed that Jay-Z, a renowned celebrity, allegedly took a step we might find surprising: filing a seemingly baseless lawsuit under a false name against their legal team.
In response, the attorney from Texas asserted that Jay-Z attempted to intimidate and harass him and his client regarding an alleged incident at a 2000 VMA’s afterparty. However, instead of silencing them, this approach has only served to strengthen their resolve, leading them to decide to bring the case before the court.
Concerning the legal matter involving Jay-Z and his attempts to suppress my clients: Previously, Mr. Carter stated that he was not the one who filed the lawsuit against me and my office, as expressed in a public statement.
He’s hidden behind a false name to bring forward his baseless lawsuit. Interestingly, what’s missing from his latest declaration is the fact that my law firm sent a demand letter to his attorney, not on his behalf, but on behalf of someone who claimed they were wronged. However, this alleged victim never asked for a single cent from him.
Rather than pursuing open litigation, she opted for private mediation instead. Unfortunately, after I wrote the letter on her behalf, Mr. Carter didn’t just sue me, but also attempted to intimidate and harass me, as well as this plaintiff.
His actions have unexpectedly boosted her confidence instead. I am deeply impressed by her unwavering spirit. Regarding the points raised in the submitted claim, we’ll allow it to stand as its own testimony and argue the details within a court of law, rather than in the public eye through media outlets.
