Jay-Z Accuser SHOCKS Court With New Move!

The woman from Alabama who made allegations of a 2000 sexual assault against Jay-Z, and later was herself sued by him, has submitted legal documents requesting the court to dismiss the lawsuit against her.

In court records, the individual who alleges that Jay-Z (also known as the Empire State of Mind artist) and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs sexually assaulted her when she was only 13 years old, has chosen to be referred to as Jane Doe.

The case was eventually dismissed in February, which the rapper 99 Problems referred to as a “win.

According to recently disclosed legal papers, Jane Doe argued that Jay-Z has not provided a valid claim for which relief can be provided, in the lawsuit he filed against her in Alabama. This lawsuit also includes Jay-Z’s attorney Tony Buzbee as a defendant. The information was obtained after examining the court documents, and further reported by People.

Jane Doe stated to the court that the 24-time Grammy winner is attempting to take legal action against her, regarding statements made specifically to the court which they claim are privileged. In her recent court filing, she pointed out that an interview she conducted with NBC News in December was protected due to these alleged ‘privileged’ claims. (TMZ reported this on Tuesday)

Dailymail.com has reached out to Buzbee and reps for Jay-Z for comment on the story.

Earlier this month, Jay-Z initiated a lawsuit against an Alabama woman who made accusations of a 2000 sexual assault involving him and Combs. The legal action was taken due to the alleged ‘lies’ and ‘extortionate threats’ that the woman made, which ultimately led to approximately $20 million in losses for Jay-Z.

This week, Jane Doe asked for the lawsuit filed against the artist of Big Pimpin’ to be permanently dropped, according to reports.

In a lawsuit documented in Alabama and examined by Dailymail.com, the artist behind “Empire State Of Mind” has accused the defendants, along with attorney David Fortney, of actions including ‘malicious prosecution, misuse of legal process, collusion in wrongful acts, and defamation.’

In a legal complaint examined by the media outlet, the rapper known as 99 Problems, who is married to Beyoncé, claims that the defendants acted solely out of greed, without regard for truth or basic ethical principles in their actions.

In simpler terms, Buzbee stands for a woman who alleges that the 24-time Grammy winner, Combs, sexually assaulted her when she was only 13 years old.

She alleges that the event transpired during a post-MTV Music Awards gathering in September 2000, an assertion both Jay-Z and Diddy have refuted.

The legal proceedings were terminated in February, and at that time, the artist known as Hard Knock Life expressed, “Today marks a triumph. The baseless, fabricated, and offensive accusations have been disregarded. This civil lawsuit lacked substance and was destined for failure.

At the specified time, Buzbee shared with Dailymail.com on an exclusive basis, “The fresh case being presented makes the same accusations as the one previously compiled and submitted in Los Angeles.

‘Like the one in LA, this new case in Alabama also has no legal merit.

He went on to say: ‘Investigators linked to Shawn Carter have persistently hounded, bullied, and badgered this vulnerable woman for several weeks, aiming to terrify her and get her to change her account of events.’

She not only didn’t, but also won’t back down from her statements. In fact, she has consistently reiterated her support for them. It’s been exposed that this same team of investigators secretly proposed compensating individuals to file lawsuits against me and my company.

Buzbee communicated to Dailymail.com that he conversed with Jane Doe recently, and it seems that the statements credited to her in the lawsuit were either entirely fabricated or spoken by someone other than Jane Doe.

The lawyer remarked, ‘This is simply an effort aimed at intimidating and harassing this vulnerable woman, which we will address appropriately when the time comes.’

Buzbee concluded his conversation with Dailymail.com, expressing that they will not yield to baseless threats or pressure.

In January, attorneys for Jay-Z requested the court to penalize Buzbee, claiming that he had not met with the woman prior to submitting the lawsuit, according to TMZ’s report based on documents related to the case.

According to TMZ’s report, attorney Alex Spiro, who represents the 24-time Grammy winner, stated that Buzbee did not have a direct conversation with the woman before initiating the lawsuit, which is considered a significant breach of ethical standards.

Buzbee stated to Dailymail.com that the documents Spiro submitted, just as all his previous ones, are entirely baseless and without any substance.

Earlier, Buzbee informed TMZ that he indeed conducted an interview with the plaintiff, and so did four other attorneys. The platform mentioned this, adding that he stated anyone spreading different information has personal motives.

According to Buzbee, with each frenzied submission by the defense in this trial, they appear increasingly anxious and desperate.

‘He made it clear that the legal principles hold true for all, including Shawn Carter, the rapper in question. It doesn’t matter if someone believes themselves exempt from the law; no one transcends it.’

In simpler terms, lawyers for Jay-Z have claimed that Tony Buzbee, who leads a firm representing over 150 individuals suing Combs, failed to thoroughly investigate the woman accusing Jay-Z before an interview she had with NBC News in December. During this interview, she admitted discrepancies in her account of events.

In her court document, Jane Doe stated that back in 2000, she resided in Rochester before traveling to New York City where she encountered a limo driver and formed a friendship. This friendly chauffeur drove her to an event, a journey which took approximately 20 minutes.

Buzbee’s firm is working with over 150 individuals, both men and women, who allege that Combs sexually abused and took advantage of them.

In various court documents submitted by Buzbee, accusations are made about incidents involving drugged beverages at extravagant events held in locations like New York, California, and Florida.

Combs’ legal team describes Buzbee’s lawsuits as “blatant attempts at garnering public attention, aimed at extorting money from famous figures who are concerned about falsehoods being circulated about them, which is similar to the untruths that have been propagated about Mr. Combs.

In the 2000s, Jay-Z and Combs became well-known figures, excelling in rap music and business ventures. Last year, Forbes valued Jay-Z’s wealth at an astounding $2.5 billion.

For several years, these artists have worked together. Notably, Jay-Z featured in Combs’ first album, No Way Out, while Combs made an appearance on Jay-Z’s second album, In My Lifetime, Volume 1.

Combs has denied the allegations of sex trafficking following his apprehension in September. Currently, he is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, with his trial scheduled for May 5. Bail has been repeatedly denied to him.

In the heat of my unwavering fandom, I can’t help but share this intriguing revelation: It appears that, in his pursuit to safeguard his public image, the legendary music mogul, Combs, is alleged to have resorted to strategies involving blackmail and violence, supposedly aimed at silencing those who might pose a threat to his reputation. Quite a twist, isn’t it?

One of the accusations leveled towards this performer involves allegations that he coerced women into taking part in sexually explicit group performances known as ‘Freak Offs,’ without their full consent.

5 months after his arrest on September 16 for alleged sex trafficking and racketeering in Manhattan, the performer of Can’t Nobody Hold Me Down is still being held in federal detention.

In three unsuccessful attempts, Combs, accused of arranging transportation for prostitution, has sought bail, but the court has expressed apprehension that he might try to evade justice or interfere with his own case, leading to the denial of his request.

In 2024, he had been frequently featured in news headlines, with events leading up to his arrest. This was primarily due to several property raids conducted in March, followed by a video of him attacking Cassie being broadcasted on CNN in May.

In a response to the legal proceedings that he’s part of, lawyers representing Sean Combs (who denies all accusations) issued a statement on Dailymail.com last month.

Regardless of the number of lawsuits filed, even those without personal signatures, it’s important to clarify that Mr. Combs has never been involved in any form of sexual assault or human trafficking, whether the alleged victims are men, women, adults, or minors – a statement made by his legal representatives.
