On Thursday, Jason Sudeikis was seen sitting at a basketball game alongside his two kids, whom he co-parents with his former partner, Olivia Wilde.
48-year-old Jason Sudeikis, who plays Ted Lasso, was seen having fun watching a basketball game alongside his kids, Otis (age 10) and Daisy (age 7), at the Crypto.Com Arena located in Los Angeles, California.
The three friends gleamed with delight while they observed the contest between the New York Liberty and Los Angeles Sparks. As Jason took his seat on the sideline, he flashed a peace sign towards the cameras.
Otis, Daisy, and their dad seemed to be thoroughly enjoying themselves, laughing and cheering loudly while their dad donned a vibrant outfit.
In the photograph, the man from “We’re The Millers” wore a vibrant orange hoodie, beige trousers, and a lively green hat while seated with his loved ones.
Although Olivia wasn’t there during the sports day, Jason and his former partner Olivia got together in June to watch their kids participate in a sports competition.
As I stood there, cheering on my daughter’s race, I shared a heartwarming hug with my partner, Jason, reflecting on the beautiful journey of parenthood we’ve embarked upon together – a journey that’s now 40 years in the making for me.
The pair looked happy and relaxed as they chatted with Otis on the sidelines.
In September of last year, the ex-partners resolved a 18-month long court case. As part of the agreement, Jason is now required to provide $27,500 in child support every month and cover 25% of their joint childcare costs.
In November 2020, the eight-year partnership between the two ended, following closely behind when Florence Welch started dating Harry Styles, whom she had been collaborating with for her second film as a director entitled ‘Don’t Worry Darling’.
Since then, Jason and Olivia have immersed themselves in various projects. Currently, Olivia is engaged in a forthcoming thriller titled “I Want Your Sex,” working alongside Cooper Hoffman, the 21-year-old actor who happens to be the son of the late Philip Seymour Hoffman, who tragically passed away in 2014 at the age of 46.
The actress-director will be taking on the role of controversial figure Erika Tracy, who serves as the source of sexual inspiration for the character played by Hoffman.
The movie will explore themes of ‘sex, obsession, power, betrayal and murder’.
Meanwhile Jason could be gearing up for another season of his hit show Ted Lasso.
As reported by Deadline, Hannah Waddingham, Jeremy Swift, and Brett Goldstein have all confirmed their return for the fourth season of the popular sitcom.
In the show, Waddingham portrayed Rebecca Welton, the owner of AFC Richmond; Swift took on the role of Leslie Higgins, Rebecca’s Director of Football Operations; and Goldstein played Roy Kent, a former player who became a coach.
Currently, Warner Brothers needs to finalize agreements with creators Jason Sudeikis and Brendan Hunt, who play the roles of American football coaches tasked with instructing British football players in the upcoming show.
It’s also said that Juno Temple, known for her role as influencer and marketer Keely Jones, could be one of the actors the team is considering for future projects.
And, while no details have been confirmed, fans are remaining hopeful.
