January 23 Update Patch Notes

As a gamer, I’m pumped! A massive update is on the horizon, and it looks like Mast and Anchor are getting two new alternate characters! Plus, there’s talk of a revamped costume shop where we might be able to snag old mission pass skins. On top of that, Overclock Season 3, Solo Raid, and Union Raid have all been confirmed for release. Can’t wait to dive back in and give these new features a whirl!

1. New Nikkes

1.1 SSR Mast: Romantic Maid

SSR Mast: Romantic Maid, the pirate maid who seeks romance, joins Special Recruit.

Mast: Romantic Maid is a supporter who enhances allies’ attacks with damage distribution abilities.

When using her Burst Skill, she boosts the attack power of all allies.

* Special Recruit duration: From 12:00:00, January 30, 2025 to 23:59:59, February 19, 2025 (UTC+9)

* How to obtain: Lobby → Recruit → Special Recruit

* Recruit Rules:

①I have the option to utilize Gems, whether they’re free or paid, or Advanced Recruit Vouchers when I’m participating in Special Recruit events. Regular Recruit Vouchers won’t cut it for these exclusive scenarios.

②In the Special Recruit, there’s a 4% probability of getting an SSR Nikke, while the odds are 2% for obtaining an SSR Mast: Romantic Maid.

③You can get Gold Mileage Tickets when recruiting in Special Recruit.

④You can exchange 200 Gold Mileage Tickets for Mast: Romantic Maid in the Mileage Shop.

⑤When Special Recruit ends, unused Gold Mileage Tickets will not disappear.

⑥Following the update after the conclusion of Special Recruit, Mast: Romantic Maid can now be obtained through Ordinary Recruit, Social Point Recruit, and by using Mold items. However, it will not be accessible in New Commander Special Recruit or during the Tutorial stage.

1.2 SSR Anchor: Innocent Maid

Character Introduction: The Innocent Maid character, adorned in a beachy attire and sporting an enigmatic facial expression, becomes part of the Special Recruit team.

The character “Innocent Maid” bolsters the resilience and offensive power of her teammates.

She recovers the HP of all allies and improves the squad’s stability with her Burst Skill.

* Special Recruit duration: From 5:00:00, February 6, 2025 to 4:59:59, February 27, 2025 (UTC+9)

* How to obtain: Lobby → Recruit → Special Recruit

* Recruit Rules:

①In Special Recruit, you have the option to utilize either Gems (which can be free or purchased) or Advanced Recruit Tokens. Regular Recruit Tokens are not acceptable for this purpose.

As a dedicated gamer, I’ve learned that there’s approximately a 4-in-100 chance of snagging an SSR Nikke in the Special Recruit event, and about a 2-in-100 chance of landing an SSR Anchor: Innocent Maid. It’s a bit of a gamble, but that’s part of the fun!

③You can get Gold Mileage Tickets when recruiting in Special Recruit.

④You can exchange 200 Gold Mileage Tickets for Anchor: Innocent Maid in the Mileage Shop.

⑤When Special Recruit ends, unused Gold Mileage Tickets will not disappear.

After the update following the conclusion of the Special Recruit event, Anchor: Innocent Maid can be obtained during Ordinary Recruit, Social Point Recruit, and by using Mold items. However, it will not be accessible through New Commander Special Recruit or the Tutorial version of Ordinary Recruit.

1.3 Temporarily Participating Nikkes

During the Recruit phase, you can momentarily include recruit-eligible Nikkes in the Quick Recruiting area of the Union Training Ground for your team.

2. New Costumes

2.1 Special Costume: Sin – Backstreet Dream

The encounter with a maid in a quiet back alley.

To acquire Backstreet Dream, you need the BACKSTREET GUARD’S PASS. For more details on where to find this information, please refer to the New Items bulletin provided below.

2.2 Special Costume: Trony – Sweet Step

A step carefully taken.

In the new list of items, you’ll find that the item called “Trony – Sweet Step” is available from the February Mission Pass. For more information, take a look at the details for the February Mission Pass.

3. Special Costume: Drake – Maid For Villain

The friendly villain who sweeps through the Maid Cafe.

Drake – Maid From Villain will be available in Cash Shop again for a limited time.

4. New Events

4.1 New Story Event: ROMANTIC VALENTINE

After the Commander becomes the Maid Cafe’s temporary manager, four maids appear before him…

And a familiar-looking hologram?!

The story is swiftly unfolding toward everyone’s dreams and the true ending.

A delightful Valentine’s Day brimming with love, maids, and romance!

Take part in the ROMANTIC VALENTINE FESTIVAL by progressing through levels to collect event items. These items can then be traded for a variety of prizes including Recruit Vouchers and material for improving skills, available at the Event Store.

Join the ROMANTIC VALENTINE EVENT, advance through stages to gather event items, which can be swapped for rewards such as Recruit Vouchers and skill enhancement materials in the Event Shop.

In the ROMANTIC VALENTINE, you can access the Trial Stages. Test your skills against tough boss battles to gather diverse resources for progression!

4.2 Archives – BOOMS DAY

Story Event BOOMS DAY is now available in Archives.

Participate in ROMANTIC VALENTINE to obtain Memory Films for unlocking story events in Archives.

4.3 Mini Game: PIRATE CAFE

Mast has transformed the Maid Cafe into a romantic pirate cafe!

Serve food to the endless wave of pirate customers! Yo ho ho!

4.4 14-Day Login Event – ROMANCE DRINK

* Event duration: From 12:00:00, January 30, 2025 to 23:59:59, February 19, 2025 (UTC+9)

1) During the event, log in for at least 14 days to receive prizes. Earn Recruit Tokens and resources for development by logging in consecutively for 14 days.

2) Log into the event a minimum of 14 times within the specified period to claim rewards. Secure Recruit Vouchers and growth materials by logging in daily for 14 consecutive days.

3) To take advantage of the event, ensure you log in at least 14 times during its duration. Receive Recruit Coupons and development tools as bonuses when you log in uninterrupted for 14 days straight.

4) Logging into the event on at least 14 separate occasions will grant you rewards. Obtain Recruit Certificates and progress materials by logging in without missing a day for 14 consecutive days.

5) Participate daily during the event for at least 14 times to collect prizes. Gain access to Recruit Tickets and construction supplies by maintaining a streak of 14 consecutive logins.

4.5 Weekend-Only – FULL BURST DAY Event

* Event duration: From 5:00:00, February 1, 2025 to 4:59:59, February 3, 2025 (UTC+9)

On weekend Full Burst Day events, you’ll earn extra rewards in both the Interception and Simulation Rooms.

5. Solo Raid

🔔 Exciting news! Solo Raid goes live on February 6, 2025 at 12:00:00 (UTC+9)! Gather your teams to take down the boss and collect Harmony Cubes, Favorite Item maintenance materials, and Collection Item maintenance materials. In Challenge mode, your ranking will be determined by the overall damage you inflict. Rewards will be distributed based on your position in the rankings. 🎉🎮

* Opening time: From 12:00:00, February 6, 2025 to 4:59:59, February 13, 2025 (UTC+9)

6. Coordinated Operation

Assemble a group of five leaders, unite against the master blacksmith known as “The Boss”! Players have the option to band together with their friends and alliance mates, or they can be matched automatically. Overcome the boss and receive Broken Cores which can be traded for Gems, development resources, and other items at the Recycling Shop!

7. Reshuffling of Arena Groups

Rookie Arena and SP Arena groups will undergo periodical reshuffling.

8. Simulation Room – Overclock Mode (Season 3)

In the latest update to the Simulation Chamber – Overclock Edition (Season 3), I’ve got some exciting news for fellow gamers like me! You can now customize your experience by adding extra settings to take on fresh challenges in tougher terrains. Once I conquer the Simulation Chamber Overclock, I’ll be rewarded with Skill and Burst Manuals at least once, based on my highest Core Ratio. If I’ve got pending rewards from Sector C at Difficulty Level 5 in the current Simulation Chamber, I can claim them all simultaneously. The rewards system refreshes every fortnight, and after that refresh, I won’t be able to reclaim those rewards again.

Introduced an additional challenge level called “Infinite Mode”. Players can access this mode if they’ve consistently defeated enemies at a success rate of 50% or higher over a season. After selecting the Ratio 50 setting, players can choose Infinite Mode for even tougher gameplay.

9. Union Raid

On January 24, 2025, at exactly 5:00 PM (Korean Standard Time), get ready for the commencement of our Union Raid! Gather your fellow Union members to confront the Boss, accumulate Union Tokens, and redeem fantastic rewards!

Adjusted some parts of the Hard Mode gameplay.

① In Easy Mode, the boss’s challenges have been significantly lowered to Level 3, and its statistics have been adjusted.

②Beating the boss won’t use up your chances to enter, but if you’re Nikkes who have joined the fights before, you can’t fight again.

③Mock battles in Hard Mode will be available starting from the day you complete Normal Mode.

* Opening time: From 5:00:00, January 24, 2025 to 4:59:59, January 30, 2025 (UTC+9)

* Condition to join: Union should be in Lv. 3

Please note that players are unable to remove Union members or leave the Union during Union Raid.

10. New Gameplay and Feature

Once you’ve acquired the Premium Backstreet Maid Pass, accomplish daily tasks to progress and garner perks like Advanced Recruit Coupons. Obtain Sin’s unique outfit “Backstreet Dream” when you reach the highest possible level.

11.2 February Mission Pass

* Sale duration: From 00:00:00, February 1, 2025 to 23:59:59, February 28, 2025 (UTC+9)

Once you’ve bought the Premium Mission Pass, accomplish daily tasks to progress and earn Recruit Vouchers. Gain Trony’s unique outfit, Sweet Step, upon reaching the highest possible level.

11.3 New character packages will be available after the January 23, 2025 maintenance.

Duration of the sale: Begins after the maintenance on January 23, 2025, and ends on February 19, 2025, at 23:59:59 (Korean Standard Time or UTC+9).
