She recently wrapped her much-anticipated Together Again Tour which saw her hitting 35 dates.

As a devoted admirer, I’m eagerly anticipating the news that I might soon be witnessing Celine Dion’s own residency at the same venue. The exciting event is tentatively set to commence either in November 2024 or early 2025, subject to the progress of her ongoing battle with stiff person syndrome.

Dion last performed live during her Courage world tour in Newark, New Jersey on March 8 2022.

She then canceled her tour amid the Covid pandemic.

Previously, she held two highly successful Vegas residencies: A New Day (from 2003 to 2007) and Celine (from 2011 to 2019), both of which set records for attendance.

Last month during the Paris Olympic Games opening ceremony, the star gracefully returned to the stage, leaving spectators in awe with her performance of “Hymne à L’amour.” Originally made famous by the legendary French singer Edith Piaf.

Last month Janet opened up on how she copes with the loss of her brother Michael Jackson some 15 years after his June 2009 death.

In a conversation with the BBC, the multitalented performer discussed their joint project “Scream,” released in 1995. This was Michael’s breakthrough album following the accusations of child sexual abuse in 1993, which significantly affected his personal life and professional trajectory.

The Grammy-winning artist, who is currently on her Together Again tour, performs the song in concert opposite video footage of her late brother, noting that it’s an emotional feeling ‘listening to him every night, seeing him, remembering us.’

Growing up in Gary, Indiana, the performer recalled writing their hit song together in New York City, specifically at her brother’s apartment.

Janet mentioned that she often finds herself reexperiencing the entire ordeal by listening to him sing and remembering what he was experiencing during that difficult period, when he was working hard to restore his name and profession, while facing those harmful allegations.

“Janet mentioned, ‘Given I am his younger sister and have always stood by him, providing the needed support.’ That’s essentially my part.”

In my song, I voiced my weariness with the unfairness surrounding the accusations and the sensationalized media portrayal of the matter. The lyrics conveyed: “I’m fed up with injustice, I’m fed up with your deceitful ploys/ Your lies are despicable/ So, what does it all amount to, for heaven’s sake?”

In her own Lifetime documentary series from 2022, titled after herself, Janet expressed about her deceased brother: “I believe Mike was dealing with many challenges, and they seemed to be wearing him down.”

The song hit the fifth spot on the Billboard Hot 100 amid a 17-week stint on the chart, garnering the Best Music Video award at the 1996 Grammys.

In the monochrome music video, the renowned duo were seen collaborating, an endeavor Janet described in the documentary as intricate due to industry figures trying to keep them separated.

In 2022, Janet expressed that it was a challenging situation: “Michael worked at night, while I worked during the day,” she said. “His record company would isolate his entire shooting location, preventing me from witnessing what was happening. They kept me away from the set.”

I got the sense that they were attempting to create a highly competitive environment for just the two of us. This was quite painful for me as I perceived myself as working alongside him, not against him in a struggle or battle.

Janet mentioned that her feelings of nostalgia while working together on the video project with her brother didn’t meet expectations.
