Jane Seymour capped off a month of celebrating her 75th birthday with a bash and a phenomenal cake.

Jane Seymour, known for her role in ‘Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman,’ posted on Instagram about a recent event at The Vintage Club, a luxurious resort in Indian Wells, California, near Palm Springs.

Seymour looked stunning in a bright pink dress as her friends enthusiastically supported her at the golf club. The chef surprised her with a Baked Alaska – a delicious dessert made with sponge cake, ice cream, and a fluffy, toasted meringue coating.

The actress jokingly asked her followers if it’s really impossible to enjoy something and still have it, sharing a picture of a beautifully decorated cake.

Seymour recently shared her secrets for staying in shape and looking young, and then posted about having a great time at @thevintageclub. She followed up by asking her fans, as she often does, ‘What’s your favorite dessert to enjoy when celebrating?’

Seymour, born on February 15th, posted a new picture of herself on a terrace with a beautiful view of a garden, mountains, and a cloudy blue sky.

In the caption, Seymour reflected that flowers symbolize constant change, while mountains represent strength and resilience. He noted that both qualities are essential and lovely.

Earlier this month, Seymour kicked off her birthday celebrations with a sunny vacation to Mustique and St. Barts, accompanied by her boyfriend, Dr. John Zambetti, a 76-year-old emergency room doctor and musician.

Last Sunday, on her birthday, Seymour seemed to be at her Malibu home, a beautiful house overlooking the ocean.

She also used the moment to promote Crepe Erase, a brand she represents, and showcase some scarves from her own design line, Jane Seymour Designs.

I begin my day with coffee and hard-boiled eggs to get some protein. I usually wait until lunchtime for a larger meal, so I can savor it more.

‘I love fish and vegetables, and grow many greens in my back yard which I love to use.’

She plans to snack on things like pistachios, cucumbers, celery, and hummus.

‘I do love nuts,’ she shared. ‘I am a savory person, I like the salt.’

‘Being healthy just feels good, it keeps me going, it gives me energy.’

Seymour explained that people often ask him if he allows himself any dietary indulgences, but he clarifies that he doesn’t follow diets. He simply focuses on making healthy choices consistently.
