`Jane Seymour, 73, Still Got It!`
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I can attest that Jane Seymour, much like fine wine, seems to only improve with time. In a recent beachside moment, she effortlessly showcased her timeless charm and ageless beauty in a captivating swimsuit pose.
In the 70s, the cherished British actress, now 73 years old, gained widespread recognition for portraying the courageous character Solitaire in the iconic movie Live and Let Die, which co-starred the esteemed third James Bond, Roger Moore.
On Friday, Jane exhibited her impressive figure and sculpted silhouette in a stylish brown swimsuit featuring a daring corset-like design, as she uploaded a photo on her Instagram – appearing strikingly similar to how she looked during her Bond girl days.
In a radiant, cheerful manner, the actress playing Harry Wild appeared to gleam with joy as she stood before the sparkling sea and pristine sandy shore. She completed her casual yet stylish look by adding a sun hat and sunglasses.
She posted: ‘I took a dose of Vitamin Sea today! The side effects are feelings of joy, gritty toes from the sand, and slightly salt-kissed hair. 🌞☀️😊’
The actress, who became famous following her unacknowledged screen debut as a teenager in the 1969 musical comedy Oh!, appeared absolutely laid-back and carefree during her vacation in the tropics.
She attributed her timeless figure in the past to regular Pilates workouts, consuming only one meal per day, and indulging in a glass of wine along with dark chocolate.
Last year, Jane disclosed that her weight remains unchanged from when she was 17 years old, as she discussed her tips during an open conversation on Loose Women.
Jane claims to maintain her fitness and health through regular walking and exercise, yet she strongly asserts that she never follows any specific diet. Instead, she advocates for the practice of moderation when it comes to indulgence.
Speaking about her life during the pandemic, she shared with the panel: “I’ve been staying at home, following all the safety guidelines by wearing masks and avoiding social gatherings, including Hollywood parties.
I often stroll along the beach and practice Pilates regularly. I strive to maintain my fitness level and eat nutritious foods, but I don’t adhere to strict diets. For me, it’s all about balance – moderation is key.
Regarding consuming just one meal daily, Jane mentioned that it has turned out to be quite beneficial for her, starting with a cup of coffee in the early hours.
Typically, I jump into my day quite early and often neglect to eat until around noon. My partner David is trying out intermittent fasting, so he doesn’t eat until 2:00 PM.
Jane mentioned: “If I feel hungry later on, I plan to have a small piece of dark chocolate and a glass of wine. Does that count as a meal?
The actress shared that several of her female friends maintain great physiques, and she herself is the same weight she was during her teenage years at ballet school.
She mentioned that she feels as if she’s releasing all her burdens, and it’s a sense of comfort to be at peace with her current weight, which is the same as it was back when she was 17 years old in ballet school.
Over the past while, I’ve been catching up with some former classmates via Zoom. In truth, it seems we haven’t changed much from our school days – perhaps it’s the influence of our shared educational background.
Jane also joked about how her granddaughters have been trying on the clothes out of her wardrobe.
She mentioned: ‘One of them is quite tall and has a habit of rummaging through my wardrobe. She discovered something there and wore it wonderfully, she even tried on some ball gowns.’
Previously, Jane shared with the Daily Mail that she refrains from undergoing cosmetic surgeries, as she believes an actor’s facial expressions should be able to change during performances.
She mentioned that she doesn’t use Botox or fillers, as an actress’s face needs to express emotions. She hasn’t undergone any significant plastic surgery and she’s still at the same weight she was when she was fifteen years old.
She added: “I still find myself appealing. At my stage in life, good health and contentment in one’s own body are what radiate charm, rather than fixating on aging.
In terms of acting, I seem to be at the peak of my abilities. Remarkably, I’ve managed to stay busy even amidst the pandemic. Earlier this year, my agent told me something interesting: “You’re the only one among all my clients who’s actively working right now.
At the beginning of this past month, Jane was spotted with her partner, John Zambetti, in an uncommon excursion within New York City.
As a die-hard admirer, I can’t help but share my excitement over the British thespian, once open about steering clear of romantic entanglements, sporting an “All you need is love” sweater, all while beaming alongside her beloved partner, a charming gent at 78!
In a fashionable outfit, the timelessly attractive figure showcased her shapely legs with a leather mini skirt and thigh-high boots.
