Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo unveil their stunning new London home ‘just in time’ for the birth of their first baby – after he and Spencer Matthews finally addressed their feud

Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo recently shared a look at their beautiful new home, perfectly timed before their first baby arrives.

Jamie, 36, who used to be on Made In Chelsea, shared photos of his new home online, and his followers quickly praised the couple.

Jamie gave his followers a tour of the ground floor, starting with a look at how the house appeared before any renovations – it was completely empty, with only hanging light fixtures.

The video showed off the house’s impressive design, including a split-level layout and a large, open kitchen, dining, and living area.

I was so thrilled to see Jamie’s post! He shared that he and Sophie just bought their first home, and are already planning renovations. His caption, ‘Just in time,’ felt so perfect for this exciting new chapter for them both!

’14 months, 10,000 arguments and nearly divorced later, we’ve finally finished.’

Jamie looked delighted as he walked around his large marble kitchen island, heading towards his stainless steel American-style fridge-freezer.

As a lifestyle expert, I’m all about creating inviting spaces, and this room definitely nailed it. The combination of warm lighting and those lovely white wood panels on the ceiling instantly made it feel cozy and like a real home – super welcoming!

It also features curved arched door frames, with a pantry just off the kitchen.

I always love creating cozy and defined spaces, and in this home, we achieved that by slightly raising the living area. It instantly feels more separate and special. To make it truly personal, we filled the walls with family photos – it’s all about creating a warm and inviting atmosphere!

Jamie and Sophie’s home is bright and airy, filled with natural light from the four skylights in the ceiling.

Fans showered Jamie and their partner with praise for their new home, but Jamie only showed a small part of it.

Sophie announced to fans she is expecting her first child with her husband Jamie back in June.

The loved couple tied the knot in a lavish Spanish wedding in 2023.

Spencer Matthews explained what caused his falling out with Jamie, as the two former best friends met on Wednesday to discuss their problems.

The pair recently discussed rumors of a disagreement on Spencer’s podcast, explaining that a disagreement over sports led to reports of a feud.

Spencer said that he ‘wasn’t invited’ to support Jamie during his Ultra Marathon Challenge.

In March, Jamie finished a very difficult Ultra Marathon Challenge, running 150 miles over five days. He successfully raised over £2 million for Comic Relief with his effort.

Responding to recent discussions about their relationship, Spencer clarified that he wasn’t dismissive of the challenge presented to him, describing it as ‘a really beautiful thing to watch’.

He went on to say he didn’t usually post sentimental things, and he knew that wasn’t what people expected from him.

It all felt harsh and unfair to me. Despite that, I still congratulated you when you finished your challenge.

He explained that his absence felt significant, as if his support was missed. He added that he wasn’t present because he hadn’t received an invitation.

Jamie pointed out that all the people who congratulated him after the race hadn’t been invited to the event.

Oh my god, he was trying to be all logical, saying something like, ‘Think about it, if you really look at it, everyone who showed up wasn’t *actually* invited!’ And Spencer, bless his heart, just shut him down with the most perfect, exasperated ‘Well, *obviously* they were!’ It was amazing, honestly. Spencer just *gets* it.

Jamie explained that it wasn’t a planned gathering; people simply showed up at the finish line. He clarified that he hadn’t invited anyone.

Spencer suggested the BBC had intentionally arranged for people to be there to surprise him when he finished.

Reports surfaced earlier this year that Spencer and Jamie were experiencing friction after Spencer revealed he was upset that Jamie hadn’t invited him to his wedding.

Although Spencer joined Jamie and Sophie for their wedding party in Spain in June, many were surprised he missed their smaller, official ceremony in London two months earlier. He’d chosen to take a family vacation to Portugal instead.
