Jamie Foxx attends 2025 Golden Globe Awards without a girlfriend after sharing ‘no more white girls’ policy
2025 Golden Globe Award attendees eagerly awaited to find out who Jamie Foxx might invite as his date, following his recent announcement about his updated relationship approach.
In his recent Netflix special, the Academy Award-winning multi-talented individual caused a stir among viewers and reviewers by performing a song containing verses about avoiding dating women of Caucasian descent moving forward.
The lyrics sparked anger among some fans, who labeled the 57-year-old celebrity as a ‘racist.’ However, it’s worth noting that following their split, Foxx has also been associated with other white women romantically. This seemed to upset fans of his former girlfriend, Katie Holmes, as well.
But instead of bringing a new lady on his arm, he chose to focus on family at the Golden Globes.
Foxx was joined by his two daughters, 30-year-old Corinne Fox and 16-year-old Anelise Bishop.
They had gone there to honor their father, who had been nominated in the ‘Best TV Stand-Up Comedy Performance’ category following his latest Netflix special titled “What Had Happened Was.
Jamie looked loud a proud papa on the red carpet with his children.
Jamie has custody of his eldest child with his ex-partner Connie Kline, whereas he and his previous partner Kristin Grannis both care for Anelise.
He looked splendid in a black tuxedo, boasting concealed fastenings and sparkling jeweled trim along the notched collars.
Instead of the traditional bow tie, he accessorized the Ray star with a stylish alternative – a round, gold-beaded piece adorned with white and black pearls.
Instead of opting for traditional trousers, he chose stylish white-leg pantaloons to draw attention to a striking outline. To finish off his look, he added angular black eyewear and Derby shoes from Dolce & Gabbana, adorned with dark gemstones.
In an eye-catching ensemble, Corinne, who has worked with her father previously, dazzled. Her dress boasted a sleek black bodice embellished with rows of shimmering silver sequins in a checkerboard design, complemented by a flowing black tulle skirt and stylish open-toe heels.
Instead of the original sentence, consider this version: Anelise opted for a stylish, double-breasted white tuxedo jacket featuring sharp black lapels, and adorned her arm sleeves with attractive brooches.
She toned the look down with baggy black slacks and chunky shoes, as well as a slim black handbag.
The celebrity daughter completed her look with a voluminous afro and slim, angular glasses.
During the event, Jamie was spotted mingling with celebrities such as Adam Sandler, who happened to be sitting right beside him at the shared table.
After the finale of the show, he attended the Netflix after-party accompanied by his daughters. There, he reunited with Glen Powell (known for his role in Hit Man) and took pictures with stars like Eiza González, Jeremy Piven, and Lil Rel Howery, who was also in Get Out.
Jamie ultimately lost out on the Golden Globe, which went to Ali Wong for her special Single Lady.
Foxx’s fans commented approvingly about his beautiful family on social media.
It’s unclear whether Jamie’s questionable joke about no longer dating white women was a genuine feeling or simply humor intended for his comedy routine.
Since 2022, there has been speculation about his relationship with Alyce Huckstepp, who is of Caucasian descent. However, their romance has largely been kept private, so it’s unclear if they are still an item. They were last spotted together in October on a getaway in Mexico.
However, they don’t appear to have been spotted together since the release of his special.
Despite some people interpreting it as a dig at his former partner Katie Holmes, he’s still been dating Caucasian women following their split, a fact that became public knowledge in August 2019.
Additionally, it’s worth noting that he is known for having a lengthy past of openly dating women of Caucasian descent, which could potentially be an allusion in the song as well.
