As someone who has spent countless hours observing and analyzing the lives of celebrities, I must say that James Kennedy’s situation is quite concerning. It seems like he has a pattern of erratic behavior, substance abuse, and allegations of domestic violence, which stretches back over several years.

James Kennedy returned to his DJ duties only a few days following his arrest, which was due to allegations of a minor domestic violence offense.

On a Saturday, the 32-year-old Vanderpump Rules celebrity was DJing for a bustling audience at The Rave Eagles Club, located in Milwaukee.

Although he was taken out of a scheduled performance in January after his arrest, Kennedy once again took control of the turntables, grinning as party-goers enjoyed the music and danced throughout the evening.

At the venue, they posted videos of the British television personality enthusiastically waving his arms around, accompanied by the comment, ‘Excited to have @itsjameskennedy performing!’

Shortly afterward, it was verified by DailyMail.com that the DJ’s show scheduled for January at Komodo Dallas had been canceled. This event was touted to Kennedy’s million Instagram followers the previous day.

As a devoted admirer, I’ve noticed that my beloved figure seems to have vanished from the LIV Nightclub calendar for January. Interestingly, reports from a trusted fan site suggest that this change was made after December 13.

As a lifestyle connoisseur, allow me to share an update that unfolded over the weekend: My latest playlist was somewhat overshadowed by news breaking out on Friday night. The Burbank Police Department had to intervene in a verbal altercation between a couple, reportedly at Kennedy’s residence, around 11:30 PM.

Kennedy was arrested on a domestic violence charge, after attending Kathy Hilton’s Christmas bash with girlfriend Ally Lewber on Tuesday.

According to TMZ, the Burbank Police Daily Arrest Log mentions that an officer conversed with Kennedy and a lady within a house on that specific evening, following a 9-1-1 call.

In that scenario, I found myself sharing details with the authorities about an incident where my unnamed partner allegedly scooped me off my feet and violently tossed me onto the ground.

At the scene, police reported that there were no noticeable wounds on the supposed victim; however, they apprehended Kennedy for a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery involving a spouse or cohabitant.

Law enforcement officials were first called to the house due to reports that Kennedy was involved in a verbal altercation with a woman and physically intervened.

At this time, there has been no confirmation Lewber was the reported victim.

On Saturday, Lewber (age 28), who’s been in a relationship with Kennedy since 2022, shared his thoughts about his recent arrest through a post on Kennedy’s Instagram Stories.

I’m utterly grateful to each one of you who’ve extended warmth and encouragement my way, and taken the time to ensure I’m doing well.

I’m doing well, thanks, and currently prioritizing some personal time. I truly value your understanding and respect for my space during this period.

Kennedy was released after paying a $20,000 bail, according to police records.

In a bid to minimize the impact of the event, Kennedy’s lawyer, Scott Leeman, expressed hope that, upon thorough examination, the city’s legal team would choose not to press official charges since no injuries were reported.

On Thursday, lawyers for Rachel Leviss, former fiancee of Kennedy, aged 30, released a declaration accusing Bravo, NBC, and Evolution – the entities behind Vanderpump Rules’ production and distribution – of overlooking the DJ’s misconduct.

According to Variety, the statement said that they were informed about James Kennedy’s latest arrest due to allegations of domestic violence.

It turns out that the news isn’t shocking; in fact, it aligns with expectations. Rachel’s lawsuit against Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix from VPR vividly portrays Mr. Kennedy’s extended pattern of unpredictable, aggressive actions and struggles with substances.

It’s equally concerning that NBC and Evolution (the makers of Vanderpump Rules), who were aware of Mr. Kennedy’s questionable conduct from the start, have been involved in a long-term concealment of his actions. Sharing this responsibility with them is also important.

In the 2020 publication titled “He’s Making You Crazy: How to Get the Guy, Get Even, and Get Over It”, Kristen Doute, who was once Kennedy’s girlfriend (aged 41 at the time of writing), penned a narrative about a past relationship without specifically identifying the involved party.

In a description of their difficult relationship, The Valley star referred to it as being marked by verbal abuse. They also mentioned that things only got worse from there.

She continued: ‘Broken furniture, shattered picture frames, doors slamming and holes punched in my wall.

After stepping over that boundary, it was just a question of when he would physically interact with me – this included shoving, pushing, and holding me back forcefully.

On Thursday, following the announcement of Kennedy’s arrest, the reality star, who is pregnant with her first child by boyfriend Luke Broderick (age 33), shared a snapshot of the TMZ article and captioned it “AT LAST”.

On their “Popping Off” podcast, Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge shared an account of a heated altercation that occurred in a limo between Kennedy and Lewber, claiming the disagreement escalated to a physical level earlier this year.

Instead, Lewber clarified on Scheana Shay’s Scheananigals podcast that no actual fight took place amidst their intense argument.

At that point, she made it clear that James had never caused me any physical harm or committed an assault against me. She also stated that everything between us was fine and we were content.
