I’ve been following the DC chatter online, especially after James Gunn’s post, and it’s become super clear: fans really care about what Batman wears! Everyone seems to want him back in the classic blue and gray suit, with that iconic yellow oval around the bat symbol, and those striking white eyes. Honestly, this isn’t a new debate – people have been talking about this specific look for the Dark Knight for ages!

James Gunn revealed that we’ll see a specific design of Superman’s suit in the DCU by June 2025, while promoting the movie Superman. This suit has been a consistent part of the comic books for years, but it’s only been featured in live-action films twice before: once worn by Adam West in the 1960s and more recently by Ben Affleck in The Flash.

A strong discussion continues regarding Batman’s cape and cowl, which have long been part of his comic book and animated appearances.
