In just a flash, people who cared quickly congregated to assist the woman, and the police showed up promptly.

The witness said Nicoline ‘appeared to be physically and emotionally devastated.’

They expressed disbelief, stating later they learned that Nicoline’s mother had come and taken her to the hospital instead.

This woman is due for justice, as she has been left completely shattered emotionally. There’s hardly anyone who can compare with the depth of her wounds.

We saw something truly horrific – an act of excessive cruelty… Many people were present, and they all stepped in to assist Nicoline during that unfortunate event.

Following a fall down two stairs, Nicoline’s cries caught the attention of nearby residents, prompting them to contact the authorities (police). It appears she required medical attention at a hospital.

James was taken into custody immediately following the occurrence in La Cala de Mijas, spending several hours confined within police holding areas. Subsequently, he was brought before a court situated in Fuengirola.

At the court hearing, he acknowledged a charge related to domestic violence. A source close to the matter informed The Sun that the couple’s nine-month romance has ended. The judge imposed a two-year protective order on him, preventing him from getting closer than 250 meters to Artursson.

In the courtroom, Nicoline listened as Argent confessed to the accusation, resulting in him receiving a six-month suspended sentence. Additionally, the judge instructed Argent to undergo a “rehabilitation program focused on gender violence” to complete.

According to a friend, James expressed deep regret, stating that he had a disagreement with Nicoline and attempted to resolve it.

James admitted to shoving Nicoline, causing her to fall. He expresses regret over the incident, yet maintains that he didn’t intend to cause any injury.
