James Argent reveals he’s moving in with his girlfriend Nicoline Artursson and they already ‘want a family’ just four months after they met at a supermarket

James Argent disclosed that he’s taken the step of moving in with his recent girlfriend, Nicoline Artursson, only a few months following their chance encounter at a supermarket.
Previously struggling with alcohol and substance addiction, the reality TV personality at age 36, managed to conquer these issues by going through rehab, including a gastric band surgery, and losing an impressive 14 stones in weight. Now, he’s successfully transformed his life for the better.
The star is equally charmed by his model partner, and he’s open to the idea of starting a family and settling into a more permanent relationship.
In their inaugural conversation with OK! Magazine, James and his companion, Nicoline (aged 31), disclosed that their relationship blossomed instantly upon meeting, following an encounter outside a Spanish grocery store.
And since that fateful meeting, Nicoline moved to the UK and has now moved into Arg’s Essex home.
In the encounter where they first met, James confessed that Nicoline seemed too impressive for him, yet he felt there was no harm in trying his luck.
He said: ‘I was walking to my gig at Elliott Wright’s restaurant in Marbella.
Unexpectedly, here comes a woman heading toward me. I found myself exclaiming, “Wow, she’s stunning.” It turned out that she had merely returned from working out, without any makeup on. In fact, she had just taken the time to feed a homeless cat.
And after summoning up the courage, James asked her out.
Nicole characterized James as a man with an appealing charm due to his wide grin, mentioning furthermore that he has the ability to make her chuckle. It was these qualities that played a significant role in strengthening their bond.
A week after their initial meeting, James and Nicoline embarked on their inaugural date. During this occasion, James shared details about his previous struggles with addiction and weight loss. So captivated were the two of them by each other’s company, they neglected to place an order for food.
Regardless of James admitting to his seven-year struggle with drugs that led to a life-threatening overdose, a stay in the hospital, and a period in rehabilitation, the model remained unperturbed.
He explained: ‘I’ve been through a lot over the years. I’ve been to rehab, I’ve had to get help. I also had to explain that I used to be morbidly obese, I was a big guy and I’ve lost a lot of weight. I’ve had an operation which has helped with my portion control. I have to eat little and often.
‘She handled it all admirably well, remaining composed even when faced with a great deal of information. She was incredibly calm and collected about everything. Openness, honesty, and transparency from the beginning are indeed crucial aspects.’
Additionally, Nicoline agreed with James, stating that they chose transparency from the very beginning with one another.
Now, a few months have passed, and they appear to be deeply in love, if not more so than before. During the interview, the striking woman, who once modeled for Abercrombie & Fitch, noticed her Christmas stocking hanging by the fireplace in the reality star’s cozy home.
James shared that they both harbor a strong desire for starting a family someday, undoubtedly so. Additionally, Nicoline mentioned that one of the aspects she admires most about James is his strong affinity towards family matters.
‘Right now, we’re both in similar phases of life. We’ve both gone through various life stages and relationships. However, the timing seems perfect for us to truly understand who we’re with.’
But for the moment they seem to be enjoying each other’s company.
In September, James was seen openly displaying affection towards Nicoline in St Tropez, as they were caught kissing in public.
Previously known TOWIE celebrity appeared smitten with his ex-Miss Sweden sweetheart during their seaside swim outing.

According to The Sun, James secretly took his latest partner on an extravagant three-day getaway to the stylish Indie Beach at Pampelonne.
In 2011, Nicoline, now aged 31, triumphed as Miss World Sweden and graced runways for Abercrombie & Fitch. Additionally, she was invited to participate in the French adaptation of The Bachelorette, but chose to dedicate her time to her academic pursuits instead.
James has entered into a new romantic relationship, marking his first since parting ways with Stella Turian in November last year. Prior to this, he had expressed doubts about ever finding another partner.
In March, Arg confided in the My Dirty Laundry podcast that Valentine’s Day was particularly challenging for him due to his unattached state, causing him to log off from social media as its overwhelming content brought him down significantly.
After conquering his personal struggles, maintaining sobriety for two years and shedding an impressive 15 stones, James shared: “I feel fantastic. My life is almost ideal, except for my romantic situation. It would be wonderful if it improved.
To put it plainly, this Valentine’s Day was tough for me. On that day, I found myself waking up with a resolve not to check my social media feeds.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I must admit that being single on Valentine’s Day isn’t exactly the most exhilarating feeling. It’s not about heartbreak or disappointment, but rather acknowledging that such occasions might not bring the usual joy when spent without a significant other. After all, it’s just another day in the year, and there’s always room to celebrate love in our own special ways!
However, I found myself involuntarily looking around at times, only to notice an abundance of couples, seemingly filled with love and joy.
I’ve always been a bit of a romantic at heart, so Valentine’s Day has always held a special place in my heart. However, as the years have passed and I find myself single and without a partner to share it with, I can’t help but feel a pang of loneliness creeping in as I see all the happy couples out on dates and sharing their love. The sight of flowers, balloons, chocolates, and heartfelt messages everywhere serves as a constant reminder of what I don’t have in my life. It’s not that I begrudge others their happiness, but it’s hard not to feel a twinge of sadness when you’re on the outside looking in. It’s a bittersweet time of year for me, as I reflect on the past and look forward to the future, hoping that one day I too can experience the joy of love that so many others seem to be enjoying.
Apart from admitting to OK! magazine, it’s worth noting that James mentioned that after the end of his previous relationship, his self-assurance took a hit.
He explained he was worried he wouldn’t meet anyone new or have the chance to settle down but he revealed that’s all changed now.
He mentioned that Nicoline is his most ardent backer, and he recognized his feelings as love the moment she expressed her appreciation for his singing.
Nicoline seamlessly adapted to the lifestyle of the reality star, with James introducing her to a genuine Essex night on the town, as well as a traditional Sunday roast meal. This dish, according to the model, has now become her favorite food.
