Nine months prior, the musician was dating model Nicoline when an unfortunate event involving violence took place during the May holiday weekend.

On a Wednesday, Nicoline made her first public appearance since charges of domestic violence were brought against James.

She was spotted donning a white T-shirt and shades, peering at her phone moments following the announcement of James’s detainment.

After an eyewitness informed TopMob, it was reported that James was overheard shouting prior to pushing the ex-Miss Sweden out of her Spanish apartment door, resulting in her falling down some steps.

In simpler terms, James admitted to committing acts of domestic violence and was given a two-year court order that requires him to stay away from Nicoline. If he attempts to contact her during this time, he will be sent to jail. Witnesses reported that Nicoline appeared to have sustained serious injuries following the incident.

An unidentified individual shared that they overheard a noisy argument emanating from the Costa del Sol residence, which was jointly owned by James and Nicoline, and now remembers observing the alleged altercation that appeared quite violent.

They stated that they and their dogs were taking a stroll, when all of a sudden, they overheard a hostile individual shouting loudly. From the balcony of a neighboring residence, this man appeared to be hurling things. Their fear was heightened due to the man’s belligerent shouts.

Afterward, the front door of the dwelling swung open, and a man ejected a woman, who tumbled down the steps in a heap. This action made her emit a loud cry. The sight left us astounded. She appeared to be gravely injured and called for assistance.

It’s understood that James ‘continued to throw things’ as Nicoline ‘lay injured’ on the steps.

As the events unfolded rapidly, we found ourselves fearful and uncertain about our next move. A different lady stepped in to help the wounded woman, who lay powerless at the base of the stairs. Just then, the man forcefully shut the door and escaped.

In a heartbeat, I found myself surrounded by kind souls offering aid, as they rushed to assist a woman in distress. Before I could even catch my breath, the authorities arrived on the scene with remarkable speed.

The witness said Nicoline ‘appeared to be physically and emotionally devastated.’

They expressed disbelief, stating that they later learned Nicoline was taken to the hospital by her mother.

This woman truly needs justice; her heartbreak is unimaginable. I’ve never witnessed anyone suffering emotionally quite like she did.

Here’s what transpired: A shockingly cruel act of mistreatment occurred… There were numerous people present, including onlookers, who offered assistance to Nicoline as the event unfolded.

Following a fall down two steps, Arthursson’s shrieks alarmed nearby residents, prompting them to call the authorities (police). It appears she required medical attention at a hospital.

After the occurrence at La Cala de Mijas, Argent was swiftly apprehended and held in custody for numerous hours. Subsequently, he was escorted to a courthouse in Fuengirola.

At the hearing, he acknowledged a charge related to domestic violence. A source close to The Sun reported that their nine-month romance has ended. As a result, he received a two-year protective order, preventing him from approaching Artursson within a quarter of a kilometer.

Artursson attended court to listen as Argent admitted the charge, for which he received a six-month suspended sentence. Additionally, Argent was instructed to complete a rehabilitation program focusing on gender violence.

Artursson has remained in Spain, while Argent is believed to have flown back to Essex.

On Wednesday, following her arrest, the individual was seen again for the first time, clad in workout attire while busy typing on her mobile device.

Her mother, Pernille Artursson, came alongside her, having stood by her side since the event involving her ex-partner, Argent.

Artursson covered her face with a pair of large sunglasses during their outing.
