James Argent happily danced with Megan McKenna at her wedding, not long after his ex-partner Nicoline Arthursson spoke out following his suspended prison term.

Previously on TOWIE, the former cast member, aged 37, was accused of domestic violence and was given a suspended prison term following his arrest for shoving Nicoline down some stairs at their residence in Spain this month.

After Nicoline made a critical remark about him, it seemed like James didn’t worry about anything while celebrating with his ex-TOWIE companion, Megan, at her wedding to football player Oliver Burke.

Clad in a sleek black suit and crisp white shirt, James seemed to be enjoying himself immensely as he whirled his bride Megan across the dance floor.

In a heartfelt message, James acknowledged his gratitude towards Megan for letting him join in on her special occasion. He mentioned that they have been mutual supporters since their time together on TOWIE.

Back in our youth, we used to dance side by side, reminiscent of old times, at the Nu Bar Loughton. During our TOWIE days, we stood shoulder to shoulder, and even after that reality show ended, our friendship continued to thrive.

Last week, James’ ex-Miss Sweden posted a long message on Instagram, expressing that she is still suffering emotionally and alleging that James intentionally inflicted emotional pain upon her.

Nicoline, aged 32, sustained multiple injuries on areas like her neck, arms, hand, and leg due to an attack. Currently, there’s a two-year court order that prohibits any contact between her and the individual in question.

After a full month, I am still finding it hard to accept. Although the fractures on my body are now mended, my emotional wounds remain deep. Enough with the silence; it hasn’t shielded anyone – instead, it brought me close to the brink of destruction.

Experienced a profound love, had faith in the future we shared, and staunchly supported someone whom I trusted for protection. Unfortunately, that person abandoned me, causing harm in ways I could have never foreseen.

‘Indeed, I recently shared an Instagram story asking for opinions on whether or not my partner’s ex should be involved in our relationship. I found myself feeling overwhelmed by the presence of three people – me, my boyfriend, and his former partner.’

Despite repeatedly asking for some private time together, my request was consistently denied with a firm ‘no.’ What ensued felt like deliberate, prolonged emotional distress that I was unable to escape from his actions.

I shared a post about my experience on Instagram. After a year of being with him, my partner committed to establishing some personal boundaries.

He intended to halt the ongoing situation for several months, but he failed to do so. Contrarily, he breached his commitment, and his dominating actions persisted. Since then, the events that followed have become known as history.

In the dead of night, I was unceremoniously ejected from what had once been our sanctuary, clad merely in my nightwear. A moment’s indiscretion, a door I opened to welcome him, and the next thing I knew, I was sprawled on the cold, unfamiliar stones of our front steps.

‘My clothes and belongings were being thrown out from the balcony down on me. I was injured.

Due to my amazing neighbors who not only witnessed but also took action, I received assistance. They dialed the police, escorted me to a safe place, and made sure the situation was given proper attention.

A real gentleman would never harm or imprison you, nor would he use such terms as calling you the ‘love of his life.’ A genuine gentleman takes responsibility for his own actions.

A true gentleman shares trust with his significant other, immediate family, and intimate friends, maintaining strong bonds and ensuring their wellbeing. He stands by his choice and moves forward, leaving behind any past relationships, including former partners.

Living life in unity rather than catering to those who seek to exploit you is key. In the grand scheme of things, popularity alone has its limits; true strength lies in mutual growth and development.

‘Life is simply not a reality TV show, life is real.

I’ve been pondering over the reason behind it all. I’ve shed countless tears, contemplating how he could inflict pain upon me. Despite his claims of love, I took them at face value, and look where that has led us.

‘A legal account of the events has been established. Regardless of any prior affection, violence can never be justified.’

For those who wondered about my decision to stay so long: I remained because I held faith in love. I felt that he and I had the potential to evolve, to mend, to opt for tranquility. However, love does not flourish amidst chaos. And it cannot endure where violence dwells.

To all women who have ever doubted their value, security, or soundness while in a relationship: This message serves as a reminder that you truly deserve tender care and unwavering honesty. Rest assured, you are not the only one navigating these feelings.

To gentlemen: True power lies in shielding, true affection lies in safety. Aim to be the type of man who uplifts women instead of one who undermines them – neither through physical harm nor through neglect.

Following his acceptance of the suspended sentence, it’s been stated that James has switched teams, opting for a fresh group of attorneys to handle his case now.

The lawyers have not been named and it marks his third legal team since the May 5 assault in Spain.

James has been instructed to participate in a program designed to tackle issues related to gender-based violence, and his fresh legal team might collaborate with him regarding the conditions of this program.

According to court documents acquired by The Sun, it was revealed that despite earning approximately £5,000 per week last year, James was mandated to pay just £250 as compensation to Nicoline, a significantly lower amount than expected.

According to reports, James expressed that he feels well during his appearance at Olivia’s La Cala restaurant in Costa del Sol, Spain, which is not far from where he previously had an altercation with his ex-partner Nicoline.

According to a court document, it was reported that James’ former girlfriend, Nicoline, sustained injuries such as cuts and bruises on her neck, arms, hand, and leg following a fall.

It’s said that prosecutors wanted to bring charges against James for inflicting injuries, a crime punishable by imprisonment for up to nine months.

Instead, the former reality TV personality ultimately consented to the less severe charge of misconduct, as stipulated in a plea agreement.

James received a six-month prison term on hold (suspended) and an order prohibiting him from reaching out to Nicoline for the next two years.

On the morning of May 5th, it is said that an incident occurred at the coastal residence shared by the couple, apparently following a disagreement concerning James’ relationship with his former girlfriend, Lydia Bright.

It is said that James allegedly tossed Nicoline’s clothes off the balcony of their residence, followed by forcefully guiding her out through the front door in a hostile manner.

Subsequently, it is said that she was shoved down a set of stairs outside their residence, ultimately landing on the paved terrace.

As an ardent admirer, I can’t help but share this unfolding tale. While my beloved idol, Nicole, sought medical attention at a local healthcare facility, the clock struck midnight and our other cherished figure, James, found himself in handcuffs.
