As a dedicated follower of pop culture and music, I must say that Jade Thirlwall‘s story about her on-stage accident is a testament to the resilience and professionalism of artists today. The embarrassment she experienced when she “sharted” during a Little Mix concert could have been devastating for any performer, but instead of backing down, she bravely carried on with the show.
Jade Thirlwall, a member of the band Little Mix, disclosed that following an incident on stage, she had to keep performing while wearing her mini-skirt.
As a lifestyle connoisseur, I found myself in an unexpected predicament while stepping onto the stage for a performance – a mishap that left me without a moment’s notice to adjust my attire. To add insult to injury, I had to gracefully traverse a transparent bridge, putting me directly under the gaze of the audience.
Revealing the embarrassing gig moment, Jade, 31, said: ‘I did sh*t myself on stage once.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I once found myself under the weather during one of Little Mix’s electrifying arena tours. Despite feeling quite unwell, I still had the craving for a comforting Sunday roast before taking the stage.

‘So I was dancing with the devil a bit there.
At the start of our performance, we’d ascend using a platform lift for a grand entrance. My team and I would hunker down before being hoisted aloft.
‘And I had like a nervous fart and I sharted!’
During an appearance on the Sidetracked with Annie and Nick podcast, which Annie Mac was temporarily unable to host, Thirlwall shared that her accident didn’t receive much empathy when she disclosed it.
She told the security officer: “I turned around and realized I had an accident. I exclaimed, ‘I’ve had an accident!’ and Warren replied, ‘Oh, that’s just hilarious.'”
Initially, I replied, “No, Warren,” but as the music burst forth, I found myself involuntarily making my way onto the stage, and for the entire performance, I was unable to change clothes, so I carried on with the show in my current attire.
In that performance, there was an obvious walkway spanning the stage, and I wore a short miniskirt. However, the show persisted regardless.
Jade has embarked on a solo career since Little Mix disbanded in 2022.

She became the final member of Little Mix to go solo when Angel Of My Dreams dropped last month.
Talking about my debut as a solo artist, Jade shared, “For 11 years, we worked together and each album release was predictable. However, this experience has been entirely unique…”
Over time, I became accustomed to the constant stress of producing music, which required me to fundamentally change my thinking patterns. Now, I’m learning to live more peacefully and without as much pressure.
Throughout my life, everything was prearranged, with Little Mix maintaining a yearly schedule. The thought of not having that routine anymore was truly terrifying at first. However, as I came to terms with it, I found myself thinking: “This is actually thrilling! Now I get to decide how to fill each day.”
