Jade Goody’s mother Jackiey Budden enjoys wild weekend singing karaoke and dancing on tables as grandson Freddy Brazier shows his support after mending their relationship

Jackiey Budden, Jade Goody’s mother, had a fun and lively night out with her friend Lisa O’Mara this weekend.

The 68-year-old, known from Celebrity Big Brother, seemed to be really enjoying herself as she posted several fun videos from the lively night on social media.

The videos showed the two women having fun in a parking lot and dancing at Boxpark. They finished the night by singing Gloria Gaynor’s “I Will Survive” during karaoke.

Jackiey turned heads with her vibrant outfit – a red dress, green boots, and a faux fur coat – as she playfully danced on top of the benches to The B-52s’ “Love Shack.”

Lisa captioned the videos with playful messages like ‘The dynamic duo is back!’ and ‘Such a fun night out with my dear friend Jackie ❤️’.

The two friends were hilariously trying to ride a bicycle together, with Jackiey unsteadily perched on the back, all while the song ‘Ridin” by Chamillionaire played.

They hit the dance floor at the lively drag queen event, enjoying drinks and showing off their dance moves. Lisa joked that the fun really began when she and Jackie arrived.

Jackiey was also supported by her grandson, Freddy Brazier, after they recently repaired their relationship.

In a short video, she tripped and fell, but her friend Lisa quickly helped her up and gave her a hug. Freddy found the moment heartwarming, adding a heart emoji to express his feelings.

Just recently, a 21-year-old posted a viral TikTok video expressing his anger after discovering his grandmother had been deceiving him.

He mentioned that he and she had reconciled before Christmas last week. They both went to a memorial service honoring the mother of a friend, Albin, named Jade.

Freddy posted a photo on Instagram showing the big turnout at the service, along with a picture of him walking his dog in South East London.

Although Jackiey wasn’t in the photos, she wrote that she visited her mother with her grandmother, and they also took their dog, Pablo, for a long walk around Bermondsey and along the river.

Last November, Freddy revealed that he had a mental health crisis before turning eighteen, and during a period of mania, he intentionally crashed his car in a suicide attempt.

In the revealing TikTok video, he also posted a picture of Jackiey with the caption: ‘I put my relationship with my grandmother first, unaware she’d been deceiving me for years!’

And it’s no secret that the duo have had a tumultuous relationship in recent times. 

Earlier this year, Freddy’s dad, Jeff Brazier, attempted to get a legal order to stop Jackiey from seeing his son, believing she wasn’t a good influence on him.

Oh my gosh, it just breaks my heart to think about it. He was so young – only four years old – when he lost his amazing mom, Jade. It was Mother’s Day, of all days, back in 2009, and she sadly passed away from cervical cancer. It’s just… devastating to imagine. She seemed like such a wonderful woman, and he talks about her so lovingly. It’s just so unfair.

After Jackiey passed away, Jeff stepped up to raise Freddy and his brother Bobby, with Jackiey’s help when she could provide it. However, they haven’t always agreed and have had disagreements over the years.

The This Morning host even thought about getting a legal order to prevent his son from seeing his grandmother, wanting to protect him after learning that Freddy and Jackiey were smoking marijuana together at her home.

This happened after Freddy strongly reacted to accusations from his pregnant girlfriend, Holly Swinburn. She had publicly claimed he was attending parties with other women and using drugs.

Holly recently described her life with Freddy as difficult, calling it a ‘nightmare,’ and announced her desire to raise their child as a single parent.

Freddy strongly denied the claims, which appeared in a tabloid after someone reportedly paid around £5000 for the story. He angrily called the allegations “sick.”

Holly said their relationship ended after Freddy hosted a party at her apartment while she was on vacation with her family. She was also upset that he didn’t care for Pablo, the dog he’d given her as a gift in July.

He recently assured friends that reports of a party at his apartment were false. He clarified that they simply smoked marijuana there and then asked everyone to leave. He specifically denied any claims of an orgy or drug-fueled event.

A friend of mine misplaced his ID, and she’s jumping to conclusions about it meaning something more. But honestly, we just shared a joint and everyone went home.

She’s mentioned wanting to pursue further opportunities, like another interview or public statement, and has already hinted to me this week that she’s likely to do so soon. It feels inevitable.

Her words could lead to me losing clients and harm my relationship with my future child.

Freddy criticized his father for supporting his pregnant partner, even though Holly stated that Jeff had been consistently helpful and supportive, checking in with her daily.

In response Freddy raged: ‘I don’t like that Dad is apparently taking Holly’s side.’

Holly criticized Jackiey’s impact on Freddy, explaining that she remained with Freddy for their child’s sake, but the situation became unbearable. She believes Freddy is heavily influenced by his grandmother.

Okay, so I’ve been watching everything, and honestly, I think she hates seeing Freddy with anyone else. Me included! It’s like, when he pays attention to someone other than her, she just… explodes. She gets so angry and takes it out on everyone around her, and it’s always after he’s been nice to someone else. It’s totally about jealousy, I’m sure of it!

Freddy responded by saying he’s been trying to stop using cannabis, but his difficult relationship with Holly has made it more challenging.
