Jade Goody and Jeff Brazier’s rarely-seen son Freddie, 19, joins his dad on Celebrity Race Across The World as he discusses his plans for the future
As a devoted fan following the footsteps of Jade Goody, it is truly heartwarming to see Freddie Brazier embark on his own journey in Celebrity Race Across The World. At just 19, he is still finding his path, echoing the sentiments shared by many young adults trying to navigate through life. In the latest edition of Celebrity Race Across The World, Jeff Brazier’s 19-year-old son, who is the offspring of Big Brother fame Jade Goody (who sadly passed away from cancer at 27 in 2009), takes part, joining his father in this exciting adventure.
However, despite having a famous sibling, Bobby, age 21, who appeared on EastEnders and made it to the finals of Strictly Come Dancing last year, this particular teenager is still unsure about his own future plans at the moment.
He said: ‘Right now I’m figuring out what I’m going to do with my life.
As a follower, I find that task rather challenging. To be frank, I’m not familiar with Freddie Brazier. Yet, I eagerly anticipate this race, hoping it might aid me in discovering more about myself.
In the premiere of the program, Jeff openly shared his excitement about spending quality time with his son, as they embark on a reality journey alongside other well-known personalities in the travel show.
What he mentioned as his greatest anticipation is the feeling that he will acquire significantly more knowledge about his son.
‘He’s often away from home, which means we don’t get to spend much time together. However, this journey is unique because he’s accompanying me, and I find it hard to be separated from him.’
However, Jeff playfully pointed out that Freddie wasn’t the most decisive when it comes to planning, sharing an anecdote with his son on camera about how Freddie chose to meet a girl over packing for their upcoming trip.
In his words, one such instance occurred last evening. You were supposed to be preparing for our journey, but surprisingly, you chose to visit a girl instead.

Right after the complete schedule was unveiled, Freddie shared his enthusiasm for the upcoming series, mentioning he was eagerly anticipating a rare opportunity to spend quality time with his father.
He said: ‘100%. It’ll be nice to spend that time with Dad, just me and my dad.
As a lifestyle advisor, I understand that many fathers lead hectic lives, balancing work commitments with family responsibilities. With limited free time, it can be challenging to create special moments together as father and child. However, it is crucial to seize any opportunity we have to strengthen our bond. When we engage in these activities (like going to the cinema or the driving range), I feel quite fortunate because it turns out great every time.
