On Tuesday, the 29-year-old bride posted on Instagram to explain why she chose not to reveal her real home on the show. She emphasized that ensuring security and privacy is crucial, especially as a woman living independently.
In the show, Jacqui, who’s married to Ryan Donnelly, shared a video where she was modeling a stunning green gown by Rat & Boa, priced at $495, from a captivating balcony that offered a panoramic view of swaying palm trees.
For those interested, this photo was captured right at my genuine Manly residence, the reality star wrote as a caption for the post.
‘As a single lady, security and privacy is important to me and my friends,’ she wrote.
‘I didn’t [sic] feel comfortable opening my home up to all of Australia.
She added: ‘You should be aware that the “apartments” where the couples reside are, in fact, beautifully designed hotel rooms.’
Instead of bringing your partner into your home during Homestay Week, the bride emphasized to her followers, it’s more about sharing activities that you both enjoy outside the experiment setting.

On Tuesday, it was discovered that Jacqui had been untruthful during Homestays Week when Daily Mail Australia exposed the fact that the expensive Airbnb in Manly, which she shared with Ryan Donnelly on Monday night, wasn’t her own property as she had claimed.

However, the property was in fact a $200-a-night Airbnb rental.

Additionally, it turned out that the home she had depicted during her wedding backstory was not the same one where the deception continued.
Based on information from a source within the production team, it was considered unsuitable for filming that Jacqui resides in a space considered too cramped.
