Jacqueline Jossa’s Mom Cuts Ties as Dan Moves Out of ‘Dream Home’

Jacqueline Jossa’s mum cut ties with Dan Osborne on Sunday following their split.

After eight years of being married, the EastEnders actress who is 32 years old and the 33-year-old reality TV star are believed to have ended their relationship.

And now the I’m A Celebrity winner’s mum Selina, who has a close bond with her daughter, has unfollowed the former TOWIE star on social media amid reports he has moved out of the family home.

Four weeks ago, Selina was on good terms with Dan when she acknowledged him by posting about his birthday in relation to her granddaughter Ella.

Now Jacqueline’s mother has unfollowed him and Dan has also cut ties with her in return.

Katrina, the sister of an EastEnders actress, is still observing Dan, although she has previously expressed a careful stance regarding staying out of their marital matters.

In 2019, when Jaqueline was on I’m A Celebrity, Katrina stated to OK!: “We don’t meddle in their relationship, but we’re pleased if Jacqueline is content. Everything appears to be going well currently.

She added: ‘If she’s happy, we’re happy. We’ll always be there for Jac no matter what anyway.’

Jacqueline and Dan demonstrated that they were living largely independent lives even following their separation, as they each recounted their activities over the weekend apart.

As per The Sun, Jacqueline continues to reside at the shared residence, whereas Dan, a previous participant on The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE), is currently living in another location close by.

A friend told the publication: ‘Jacqueline and Dan are on a break and are spending time apart from each other.’

They clearly demonstrated that they were leading independent lives over the weekend by sharing their respective activities with each other.

Dan spent the day at the gym with his son Teddy, 11, who he shares with his ex Megan Tomlin.

During this time, Jacqueline spent a girlish day with her daughters, Ella who is nine years old, and Mia who is five, at their household.

The doting mother shared a snap of the snacks she had made for them all for a sleepover which consisted of melted chocolate and fruit.

A source told The Sun this weekend: ‘Neither of them knows what is going to happen in the future, but for now they’ve decided living apart and taking a break from each other is what they need.’

The official statement, made to the media, indicates that the pair wishes to manage their separation discreetly.

Meanwhile, another source added that despite Dan previously being plagued with cheating rumours, this is not why he has moved out and the couple are ‘amicable’ and they are ‘navigating’ the situation together.

TopMob has contacted representatives for Jacqueline and Dan for comment.

It comes after the news that Jacqueline has reportedly finally sold her £2million six-bedroom mansion after she and Dan spent three years renovating the home.

The actress has reportedly found a buyer for the home around eight months after it first hit the market, The Sun reported.

According to a Rightmove listing, the property has been bought up by an unknown buyer for £1,599,950 – £500,000 less than the originally advertised price.

The sudden decision to sell their so-called ‘dream home’ raised eyebrows after the couple spent three years on the renovation.

In 2021, Jacqueline fondly referred to the magnificent house as a ‘realized dream’, as she collected the keys in the company of her daughters Ella (9) and Mia (5), along with Dan’s son Teddy (10).

‘So, we are in the new house and a lot needs to be done,’ the soap star said at the time, adding the fresh space would be a ‘fresh start’ for her family.

However, following the listing of their home in the previous summer, the couple found themselves facing malicious gossip suggesting a potential separation due to allegations of unfaithfulness.

At that point in time, Jacqueline and her husband of eight years were still very happy together and had no intentions of parting ways.

A source said: ‘Jacqueline and Dan are both shocked, hurt and upset about the rumours of a split. Yes, it’s true they are selling their house, but that doesn’t mean they’re not together.

They have a lot on their plate balancing family and job responsibilities, just like many parents nationwide. This week, they’ve been overwhelmed with questions concerning their marital situation.

It seems like everyone is discussing the alterations happening in their personal lives, yet they remain a united group.

The couple spent three years renovating the six-bedroom property before putting it on the market in July 2024.

A source told TopMob at the time that moving house would give the couple a fresh start and mark the beginning of an exciting new chapter in their lives.

In a previous interview last month, Jacqueline addressed the speculations about their separation that surfaced earlier in the year.

Speaking to The Sun, Jacqueline, who stars as Lauren Branning in the BBC soap, confessed her frustration as she said ‘people think they know more about her life than she does’.

‘Overheard conversation: “Jacqueline didn’t celebrate Christmas with Daniel.” However, I can easily prove otherwise by sharing pictures of us donning festive Christmas hats. As I lay beside him in bed, we share laughter and amuse ourselves by browsing online articles about our relationship.’

Jacqueline mentioned that such speculations are ‘absurd’, yet she acknowledges that they’re a part of being under the public spotlight.

The couple’s relationship has been plagued by accusations of infidelity and in 2018 Dan was linked to Gabby Allen, who recently returned to the Love Island villa for All Stars, after they were spotted getting close on a yacht in Marbella.

Previously, The Sun claimed that Dan sent ‘flirty messages’ to his former Celebrity Big Brother co-star Gabby – months after the pair vehemently denied claims that they’d had an illicit tryst.

During lockdown Jacqueline even left the family home to live with her parents, giving the couple space to resolve their problems.

In 2020, Dan confessed to making ‘mistakes’ and said ‘I’ve done things I shouldn’t have done’ as he finally took responsibility for his actions.

He confessed that if Jacqueline acted in a similar manner as him, he would end their relationship by stating, “In her place, I would have left.

Dan apologized to Jac a week after she won the competition on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

After multiple weeks, months, and years filled with numerous articles and gossip, some accurate and others not, I feel compelled to publicly acknowledge that I’ve made mistakes.

‘We all do as humans, but I’ve made some that have almost cost me my family.

‘I am the luckiest man in the world to have what I have with Jacqueline and my three incredible children and I will spend the rest of my life being the best husband and dad that I can be.

Jac, I, along with our respective families, eagerly anticipate a future brimming with love and joy shared among us all.

‘We truly appreciate everyone that has supported us as a couple, we are ending this year stronger than ever.’

The post was uploaded just hours after Jacqueline addressed how things are with Dan on Lorraine, saying her husband has ‘done wrong’ but that she wants to ‘restart their relationship’.

Not holding back, she said: ‘The thing is, it’s really funny because we’ve been going through it for two years – this isn’t new for me.

The topic resurfaced due to Myles, which inadvertently prompted my thoughts on it. Although I couldn’t avoid pondering over it, the process was beneficial to me.

I’d like to start over, as it’s been two years since I’ve given him a hard time, he’s aware of his mistakes, though there are many things that aren’t true which I can’t discuss due to legal constraints, but we’re currently on good terms.
