It became known in March that Dan and Jacqueline had separated following a betrayal on his part which rekindled longstanding trust problems between them.

Initially, friends apparently informed The Sun that Dan no longer feels affection for her and desires to proceed with his life independently.

The source said: ‘Dan has fallen out of love with Jacqueline and there’s no way back for him.

‘Jacqueline is absolutely devastated and will do anything to make it work.

Dan has confided in his friends that his relationship has ended. Although he isn’t planning to file for divorce immediately, it seems more a matter of time before the separation becomes official.
